Stopped in with a colleague to pick up a quick treat for our boss for her birthday. It smells like heaven as soon as you walk in the door, the menu, the samples displayed, all I can say is WOW! best part is its vegan friendly! I have traveled to over half the states and I've tried dozens of different cinnamon rolls and theirs bar far have been the most flavorful. I've tried now 8 different flavors, 5 at one visit lol! The sisters behind the register have always been awesome. Customer service is top level and they are very attentive. The ambiance is chill as usual. Maybe I'm just not a cinnamon roll person, but I don't love this place. Both times I've come, I wanted a super soft cinnamon roll, but they both felt harder. Maybe because I wanted decadent ones with all kinds of stuff on them, so they need to cook them longer in order to maintain the ability to keep everything on them, but I didn't love them. And I have a major sweet tooth, but the Oreo one, which is what I ordered on both visits, was too sweet for me. Long hair guy was total diva yesterday actually looking at his watch as two women were trying to order. Rushed everyone and offered none of the customers receipts it felt like he was running people through like cattle. pulled out hot rolls and add everything so fast it just melted and dripped out of box. Made some kind of mistake on one order and just grabbed it and switched it to another roll. Overcharged customers not giving them the Tuesday special 2 for $10 price of the day. I'd ask management to look at Jan. 31 at around 3:30 to verify all this is 100% true. Ask if you would like iPhone video. At one point not even allowing the customer to finish transaction just pushing the buttons before he could customer was never offered receipt. He acted like he had somewhere to be and you could feel it. Would have loved to be a weekly customer but he alone is worth not returning. The edible cookie dough had a raw edge to it, but the frosting masked it well. I liked that they had single rolls to buy. The strawberry dole whip was tasty (we plan to come back with some Tajín to try with the pineapple whip)! This place reminds me of a cinnamon roll version of a cold stone except everything is dairy-free/ vegan. The ingredients seem very good quality and everything is fresh.
