I would suggest they need to put tags so they know what order belong to what costumer so other employees aren't guessing or wondering looking lost . Jamba needs a garbage can near the register so that they can dispose used gloves to handle cash before going to the back or handling food for customers. It's doesn't make sense why this still goes on. An associate dealt with cash, then helped another customer look for his order, went to the back with the same gloves, then came back to the drink area to proceed to create our acai bowls for our order.‍‍‍‍ went back to the back to get bananas with the same said gloves. Can't go wrong with JJ... just need to Keep in mind when to go... when I came it was around lunch time and there was a long line of people... mostly high school students.. so it took about 15-20 minutes to get my drink. Extremely rude employees!! We are from out of state and a man was in the business without a mask, we figured the business was relaxed on the masks rule. so we put our masks in our pocket and then walked in. Apparently according to the extremely rude woman working the front with the most disgusting attitude. People who are picking up orders do not have to wear masks. She was so unpleasant and lacked professionalism and customer service. Understand, this is not about being told to wear a mask. We had no issues with that, but to argue with customers and tell us to "get out" while a man WITHOUT a masks is standing in the BUILDING! Won't be returning... I'm a huge fan of Jamba Juice but don't get me wrong, the one in woodland has been a huge let down. I've tried it multiple times. For the first couple of times, my orange dream machines were made and were basically orange juice. In order for them to make it like a smoothie, I now had to ask for extra ice and they will come out how they should be. The last straw was when I went in one night. I ordered my smoothie and since there was no one in the lobby, I walked back out to my car to put something away and talk to my husband. I went back in a couple minutes later to find the employee eating my smoothie out of the blender. He pretended that I didn't see him do this. I called him out on it and he didn't say anything. I then called corporate and they never called me back. I won't be going back to this establishment. Guess I will have to get it out of town or as a special treat. read more

Fast and friendly service. Staff is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. The place is always in pristine conditions. Very clean all the time. The only thing I don't like, is how it's kept like a meat freezer in there. This place is horrible. We stopped by here 2x a month going home to the Bay Area from Yuba City, either the restroom is super dirty or as for the instance today is out of order. So I informed the girl behind the counter that is actually illegal to have a place that serves food to be open without access to a public restroom. I asked her where do the employees go if they need to use the toilet? She informed me that there is a restroom in the back but is not allowed for the general public to use. She said she can call her manager and see if I can use it this time. She came and said no, that I will have to find another restroom. Pretty disappointed with my experience tonight. I went in at about 7:30. I was the only costumer in the store and I ordered a peanut butter mood like I usually do. First of all even though I was the only one there it took them a really long time to even start my drink. Then the girl who eventually made my drink made it so liquified that it was super gross. I am a yelp reviewer and I came in to inspect this place and I give it an A+. I heard from reliable sources that your drinks need to be done in 3 minutes or less. I had 3 people I front of me and when it became my turn I decided to purchase two drinks. Once they got my ordered I started my stop watch. At 2 mins I didn't think they get mine because they were just serving the group a head of me. Then at 2 mins 42 seconds they called my name and had both my drinks prepared. I went in today at 2:30 pm and was debating on trying a new drink. Abby took my order and assured me on their policy of remaking a new one if I wasn't satisfied. I tried the Cookies N Cream after always getting the Strawberries Wild. I wasn't over the top about the Cookies N Cream but I went back and they made me a new one, no questions asked.
