Wayyyyy better than staying in one of the area hotels. Don and Ellen were extremely hospitable. They were able to accommodate our late check in time which we were very grateful of. They had snacks, coffee and tea 24/7 along with candy and games. The inn itself is very charming and I love all the decor. We stayed in the Sycamore room on the second floor. The bed was a little too soft for our liking but everything was super clean. They really thought of everything! The inn is within 10-15 min drive to all of the area attractions! The BEST part was the breakfast! Don was able to accommodate for dietary restrictions and the meals were delicious! Portions were large! We cannot wait to come back when we're in the area and will recommend to all of our friends and family!

We stayed in the Homestead Room which is one of the smaller rooms, and it was very comfortable and well furnished with shelves and hooks on which to hang things. The outside spaces are large and welcoming. The decor is very traditional and showcases primitive and farmhouse style throughout. The stairs are a bit steep, and there is some traffic noise as the inn is close to the road.

Angie, the owner was an amazing hostess. The manor was clean, quaint, and inviting. Our room was quite big with its own nice sized bathroom. With as busy as our life can be my husband and I desired a peaceful-personalized setting. It can also be very romantic. Breakfast is beautifully prepare for you daily. Just minutes away you'll find all sorts of exciting and fun things to do during the day/night. Great for couples and or may be a girls weekend. I know if we are back in this area again, we will be staying at the Walton Manor Inn.

Walton Manor Inn Bed & Breakfast was our choice to stay for our weekend in Hershey…read more The location, it seems is smack in the middle of everything. Whatever your destination, it's all within driving distance from the Inn. My wife and I arrive to the Walton Manor Inn at exactly at 4pm, check in time. Angie greeted us upon arrival and gave a brief tour of the downstairs, where the coffee machine is located is a biggie for me. I'm an early riser, at any B&B, I like to make a cuppa coffee and settle into a comfy sofa while my wife sleeps. Angie showed us upstairs to our room. Walking in, it was a very large space for just the two of us. I see in the shower there is community shampoo and conditioner. That's a little off for me, other B&Bs offer upscale products, some even have their branding on the products. There was no closet, within the bathroom was a makeshift closet. I'm look at the rug in the room, there is some type of hair, I'm not going to say cat hair but the rug needed to be vacuumed before we arrived. There was a mini fridge with frozen water bottles for the guests. The bedding was fine, the mattress and pillow were comfortable. The sheets and comforter were not, it wasn't what I would have expected at a B&B. There is a private lot for guests, it's behind the inn. Once checked in, you can enter the inn from the back door using the same code as the front door. Now that we spoke about the Bed, Lets talk about the Breakfast. When you go to any B&B, there's a litte menu asking what you'd like for breakfast. Angie asked us for a time on Sunday morning we'd like to dine. I told her we need to get on the road early so the first possible time. We're told the first seating is at 9am? The atrium where we sat down for breakfast was very pretty. Lots of large windows and sunlight. The breakfast choice is what was served. No choices of pancakes or eggs, bacon or sausage. We are in Amish country. During our stay, I picked up a smoked ham as well as amish bacon. For breakfast we were served frozen Jones sausage links. Again, the quality of any B&B should be in the details. We didn't received anything that was step above during our stay. I was able to ask about the house and how Angie came to own it. The house was built in 1911 and went through a major reconstruction to become the Inn it is today. Overall, the Walton Manor Inn Bed & Breakfast was a beautiful home but our stay was simply adequate.

They said there's no manager on site today and they may be back tomorrow but then they may be on vacation.. hello do they not know when the managers are coming in - not a good way to run your business We would never stay here again because of where they put us and the girl at the counter says they're booked up. They cannot move us We just got into town and they just ruined our vacation - how could they not disclose this noise maker? There is a train that wakes everybody up at 4:30 in the morning it's negligence on their part. I should give them a one star review but the rooms are nice and that's why it's two star. Also, they have no water in rooms and their vending machine is broken. - Not a high class five star Rci resort that we are used to stayIng at

The en suite living area consists of a spacious living room with beautiful windows and decent view, as well as a small dining room partition and a large kitchen. Whether staying briefly or for an extended period, this place meets the needs for many different types of parties. Definitely not bad if you aren't the one paying. When looking at the average nightly rates, however, I cannot say I would ever book this place. The person in my party who organized the booking has a timeshare agreement with Bluegreen. Parking is limited, and getting around the property and to your room may be a bit of an extra hassle. Overall, it wasn't too taxing for me; but I can see those who would deign it not worth it. Location-wise, it is next to Tanger outlets; Hershey park; and a local brewery.

Spending a week exploring Hershey and the surrounding areas has been on the list of want to see for a very long time and recently we had the opportunity to do just that. We had so much fun visiting with Samantha, she is the perfect GM, hostess, breakfast chef and baker. Her bubbly and friendly personality made our stay extra special. We were in the Napoleon Room, which is very private with a private staircase leading up off the kitchen. The room was huge, immaculately clean and so very comfortable. The bathroom was large with plenty of room to get ready in the mornings. The large and tall windows brought so much light into the room and having a mini fridge is a nice touch to keep waters cold. The Inn is filled with antiques, is warm, cozy and extremely welcoming to her guests. The basement has a nice pool table and a beautiful room with a long dining table, perfect for a small wedding reception or reception dinner. The grounds are beautiful and it is the perfect spot to stay for a few days or longer to explore the Hershey area. We felt right at home. Our breakfasts included, eggs benedict, scrumptious frittata and quiche along with yogurt, fruit and muffins with juice. There are fresh baked cookies and muffins with coffee and tea in the breakfast room all day for your snacking pleasure. There is plenty of parking, even a charging station for your electric vehicle. The Inn is centrally located to Hershey and the surrounding areas. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners one afternoon and they are lovely people who truly care about making the Inn comfortable and beautiful for their guests. We had the opportunity to see the other suites when guests were not checked into the rooms, each one is gorgeous with antiques, you can't go wrong with any room in the Inn. We absolutely will stay again, and you should book a stay and go. Thank you Samantha for truly making our stay special.
