Great experience here - a simple storefront, a small queue of people. Brandon took my Airwrap less than 10 minutes after I arrived (no appt) and finished in less than 10 minutes. They don't make this long hair model anymore - I'm so happy to have it back! The store can be hard to spot (right there) as you turn into that parking lot. Wow... Excellent service! My daughter's Nural stopped working, so I brought it in for repair. I've never had issues with a Dyson product, so I came in not knowing what to expect. But man... These guys are FAST and super polite. I especially appreciated how they send staff out to the waiting area to see who has not been helped. My Dyson Cordless vacuum recently stopped working. It was easy to trouble shoot that the battery had failed based on the color and number of flashing lights the vacuum displayed. I was happy to find out Schaumburg had one of the few Service Centers in the Chicagoland area. I walked in with equipment in hand, was helped by one of their staff members, and opened a service ticket. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and made the process very easy. He confirmed the battery was the issue and what my options were to repair (price and warranty). I chose to simply replace the battery which they handled in about 10 minutes. I was so happy that I left with a fully fixed vacuum in a minimal amount of time! Highly recommend utilizing their services for any Dyson product you have troubles with! Note: They service all types of Dyson products: hair styling, vacuum, fans, etc. Tip: All service is day of only. One cannot leave their equipment behind for later pick up. Definitely visit when you have a good amount of time to wait incase there is a long line. read more

These people know what they're doing when it comes to repairs for Dyson vacuums. I have a v12 and it works great but is somewhat fragile, so I've had it in twice for repair. Quite honestly very very disappointed with my most recent experience. I purchased an air wrap Dyson for my sister's birthday as a surprise unfortunately she did not like the color so I had to return it (it's unopened) I returned it within a week or less of receiving the item, I even called to make sure I was in time frame and I was reassured I was. I tried to make the return online but the website could not generate a label for me to ship. Therefore I had to call customer service, they took over an hour to assist me with my return. To me that's a lot of time to return 1 unused item within the correct time frame. So, I mail out the air wrap the next day to ensure it's received in a timely matter. Mind you this was December 28th 2023. It is May 3rd and Dyson has YET to reimburse me. I have called Dyson 3 times and each time it's an hour long phone call ensuring me my reimbursement is on its way. I've remained calm and patient with them on the phone but seriously enough is enough. Every time someone says they're going to purchase something Dyson I tell them ALWAYS third party. I have several Dyson products but I had never purchased directly from them. Ironically I did it this time for the gift to ensure it could get returned and there would be no accidents or whatever BOY WAS I WRONG. I also called this retail store and told me they couldn't help me because they're not associated with Dyson online, so I couldn't make the return there since it was an online purchase. I don't understand why Dyson doesn't value their customers, their items are madly expensive and yet they can't process 1 return over my several purchases? Im just highly disappointed. Didn't expect this from an upscale company like Dyson. read more

My cordless Dyson (2017) wasn't running for the full 30 minutes, as it usually does. It needed a new battery which was $105 and it was fixed, good as new. Marco was assisting me and was very informative throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back! I love Dyson! read more

Took my Dyson Airwrap in here to get serviced. After waiting about 10 minutes I was told my machine's part needed to be replaced and since it's outside of the 2 year warranty, I would need to pay $399 to replace it. What is the point of a $600 hair device if the machine doesn't last more than 3.5 years? I'm pretty disappointed that's all they could for me and the solution is the pay $400 more dollars to fix a device that was manufactured so poorly. read more

The service was SO FAST AND FRIENDLY! He replaced my tubing and cleaned my filters. It was under $10. My 8 year old Dyson had a frayed electrical chord and the hose needed to be replaced because it had a hole in it. they are more interested in selling you a new Dyson, than fixing the one you have that works great, except it needs some lipstick. I read a review like this, but discarded it because the yelp reviews were mostly positive. So i went. What a waste of my time. I was in the market for a stick vacuum and knew that I wanted a Dyson. I already own the stand up vacuum Animal Ball 3. I decided to visit the Schaumburg Dyson store rather than buy online. Jeff assisted me and he was fantastic.. Jeff went through our options and explained, in detail, the differences between the various stick vacuums. The process was smooth and painless. I never felt like I was being upsold. I decided to buy the V15 Detect Absolute stick vacuum and am extremely satisfied. The vacuum has all the benefits of a stand up vacuum without all the weight of using a standard stand up vacuum. Nevertheless, I'll keep the Animal Ball 3 so that I have the best of both worlds. It's nice to have options. I own 6 cats and these vacuums are amazing at pulling up the cat hair that embeds in carpets. Excellent service by Jeff and great product by Dyson. Quick and easy repair! It was about 1/3 the cost of a new vacuum and it works perfectly now.

Walked in and was helped immediately with QR code check in. Took the machine back to evaluate problem. The trigger was not working and the roller section was cracked. Customer service usually pretty good. Would like tracking info or something to track order for parts ordered because when calling store can never get the phone answered to try to get update. Part ordered was never sent and had to jump through hoops to get information and finally found order was never processed at warehouse. Customer service through Dyson online via app chat was non existent but phone call did result in help and getting part sent out finally. It's nice to have a Dyson service location somewhat close but some clerical tweaks could help the overall experience for customer. read more

It's a pretty small service center but big on the customer service and friendly staff. We just came here for a hose replacement. We hadn't registered the vacuum and when we showed the associate the serial number he could tell it was an old model and most likely out of warranty. They seem pretty flexible because even if it was close to the warranty's expiration date, he was willing to work with us. He took our hose to the back to get a new one and had us fill in a card with our info anyway. When he came back out with a new one he just handed it to use and said it was on them this time. Really cool of them. Dysons are pretty expensive so service like this helps make it worth it. read more
