We told him what we wanted and he sat there on his computer and put our vision on screen in a mere 15-20 min. He also had great ideas and suggestions for when we were a little stuck on what we wanted. Dang is a pleasure to do business with and is very responsive to any messages and emails we sent. He has always exceeded our expectations. We have returned to Dang at least 5 more times so that he can help us finish other projects in our home. We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. After we paid and left, we received a call saying the product was actually not in stock and would take about a week. Frustrating, but what made it worse was the response we got when we followed up. We spoke with Glenn and explained that had we known, we might have gone elsewhere. His response was essentially that we were free to do so. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I found that surprising and disappointing...there was no effort to retain our business or make things right. We decided to continue with the order since we had already paid. Fast forward about two weeks, and we hadn't received any updates. I called to check in and was told the shipment was still in transit and might arrive by the end of the day. I asked to speak with a manager, and Glenn called me back. To his credit, he acknowledged the earlier interaction and apologized for the delay, but there was still a lack of proactive communication or effort to improve the experience...especially considering we had already, made multiple trips for payment and a partial pickup. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. I would still recommend this place for the showroom, selection, and the help we received from Polina. Just be aware that the follow-through and communication may not match that initial experience.

Absolutely an A+ business. Tiffanie and team are professional, hard-working, prompt, reliable, clean, and nice! I had a ton of electrical work (added many lights/chandelier/fixtures) with drywall patching AND the entire interior of our 2-story home painted. Everything came out perfectly - I could not be happier! We moved into this house 3 months ago and have been living with dirty, scuffed up walls, badly in need of painting. It just did not feel like home until Scott came in and saved the day. From the very first phone call from Tiffanie very nice and always gets right back to you with any questions you have....she's super nice, too) to the final walk-through with Robert, everything was done with complete professionalism and care. You can really tell the difference when someone cares about what they do and Robert truly cares about his work. The best part for me was that he was more picky than I was! He walked through the house multiple times and if there was even a tiny speck of paint that he didn't like the look of, he went after it immediately until it was right. I never felt uncomfortable with the crew, either. They were so eager to please us and never got upset when we pointed out all the picky little things that homeowners notice. They were the nicest guys in the world, so kind to our son and dog, respected our home and were always super polite. I just can't believe how blessed we have been to find this place. I was very lucky and found a carpet they had in stock, and it matches our new paint and home perfectly. So, I ordered on Monday, and it was installed Friday. Fit my time frame perfectly, as we were looking to get our house ready immediately for a quick move (unexpected). Robert helped us out, he was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He came out to measure within a couple of hours, and so I was confident they would get the job done. The installers were very guys, they were a little slow, however given that they had to tear up 40+ year old carpets and the worn out padding, I am very glad they were super thorough. They knew I had a toddler, and took the time to do everything right. The carpet looks very nice, and I can't wait to move in this week! Came here on a tuesday and they were very welcoming. A licensed contractor with integrity, who charges reasonable rates, and makes certain work is done to complete satisfaction?! Uh, yeah! The other reviews are true because I have had the same experience. Tiffanie's accommodated a last minute job on resurfacing my bathroom counters and worked around my other workers in the way. When I noticed a couple of smudges that was residual spray, (very tiny spots) She even came in and took care of it immediately when he had other work scheduled. I very rarely do Yelp reviews (as in one or two in 10 years) but Alpine DVO flooring Kitchen and Bath is so good that I am sitting here at my computers, taking the time to tell you all...USE THEM! They are fantastic!!! Tiffany is AWESOME! They finished the kitchen with 4 within days, my wife and I are stunt. They look amazing and remember how much we loved them when they installed them. When reaching out to the installer & store, both gave the run around. "It was the installer", "its how the store requested it to be cut", "its how you asked it to be cut." None of their back and forth made sense and wasn't worth the initial hassle/savings in the end because we had to have the countertops re-cut and polished by another contractor.

I put it down and walked outside and waited for my wife. We ended up buying $4,500 worth of Vinyl flooring elsewhere and $2,500 worth of tile elsewhere too. So sorry guys, you treat your customers like trash then they take their business elsewhere. And PS: You should clean your samples periodically.
