    Swing

We were here after lunch. The restaurant is visible at main street. Parking is at the back of building. Not all parking available due to reserve parking of other businesses. It is cute dessert restaurant. But I feel their price is at the high side. May be due to their location. We didn't try their drink items. We did get the waffle. We have the Kennedy Bubble waffle. It has the banana, strawberry, Nutella and coconut flakes. The bubble waffle is too soft and we feel waffle need to cook a bit longer for it to crispy. In compare to Bay Area bubble waffle, they are below average. Wait was short to have the waffle ready. Just need a bit patience.

Went on a rainy Sunday morning and it was wonderfully quiet. Small parking lot in the back. Love the ambiance here, very instagrammable. Coffee was excellent, had to go with the Barbie latte given the timing of when I was there. Also had a muffin which was huge, moist, and packed with blueberries.

I only found this spot because I was early to my hair appointment. I'm glad I was, because, dear lord their bowls are AMAZING. They are the perfect refresher on a hot Florida summer day. Their service has always been wonderful, and the swing is a great place to take Social Media photos and tag your friends. I'n going to visit here again soon, I just need another bowl!

I was feeling for a milkshake but didn't want all the calories that came with it so I looked up healthy shakes and Dwntwn Social came up. I was immediately intrigued by their aesthetics and the fact that it was so close by, that I hopped in my car and went there right away! It's located right across from UT campus and has a small parking lot around the back. The ambiance really is cool there and is good for some great photos if that's what you're into. The staff were very friendly and explained everything to me being a first timer. Apparently most of the shakes are under 300 calories and they put protein powder in all. Being a chocolate lover I got the Chocolate O.D. Shake and my first thought was it looks like a milkshake, doesn't necessarily taste like a milkshake but still delicious! I would definitely get it again to curb my cravings and the fact that it's low calorie with high protein. I would recommend this place if you are thinking about trying it out!

I used to love this place when it first opened... I'm not sure what has happened over time but it's definitely not the same place it once was. Before, the customer service was great! Someone always greeted you and answered any questions about the menu, just overall friendly service. The drinks were also AMAZING but sadly it seems as though both have deteriorated. Stopped in again to give it a try. Staff is bland, didn't even acknowledge us until we were ready to order... tried two strawberry teas (one with Lime) and both tasted like a kool aid packet of powder. Basically wasted $12 because we threw them away at the gas station. Just unfortunate because this place used to be so good!! :(

Found this place on IG, I think they opened when the lockdown started, so I think they did a nice job calling the attention of our community. The place is located right on front of The University of Tampa, which I think it is a great idea for students to relax while doing homework here. I like their idea of having bubble and Belgian waffle options. I tried the Kennedy waffle and it was good. I liked the fact that it has protein on it. I wish it had a bit more of Nutella but it has great taste anyway. Also, the price is very good compared to the quality and the size of the waffle. The decor of this place is very nice. You can definitely take a picture here and post it on social media. I think I would like to go back to try their teas. So overall, very nice and clean place.

Delicious coffee and light breakfast! The barista was so sweet. I had a seasonal cold brew with egg nog cold foam before the flight. Delicious!

My husband and I stopped at the Dwntwn Social one afternoon and it was amazing. I got the cake batter shake which claims to be low calorie and low sugar, it was so good, I had a hard time believing it was on the healthier side. The place was really cute and felt comfy! My husband got the protein waffle bites which were super good. I would check it out.

I came here after my cycling class! I've been seeing the pictures of their shakes on Instagram and wanted to check them out. They are conveniently located right before the university of Tampa on Kennedy and have off street parking. When you venture inside the decor is gorgeous! It's definitely a great location to work, have a meeting, or get some cool Instagram shots. I didn't take any pics because I was gross and sweaty after class lol The staff was helpful and friendly. They have fun options for like waffles or smoothies. I chose to get a more basic protein shake options because I just worked out! This one had banana and strawberries. I've seen other shakes with cool sprinkles for a fun treat! The size and flavor of the smoothie was great for the price! I definitely will come back and try their more fun options on another day.

Super cute on the inside! Menu had a variety of healthy and yummy option as well as vegan options. I got the birthday cake protein shake which was dairy free, healthy, and declicious! They also have coffee, açaí bowls, and other tasty treats. Would be a perfect spot to meet a friend for a coffee or change of scenery to get some work done! Looking forward to trying new things on the menu next time!

Sometimes you just need a treat and Happiness is a Cupcake Sprinkle Shake, right? So yum! Staff is always super nice and helpful, they have great recommendations. Shakes are great, tea is wonderful (esp. if you need a boost)! I am eager to try their bowls next!

I am a Tampa food blogger, so I heard about this place when Dwntwn Social's instagram account started following me. As soon as I saw the waffles, teas, and shakes they were offering I KNEW I had to check them out! The inside decor is cute, and as soon as you walk in you get this relaxing & chill vibe instantly! There are a lot of picture-worthy spots here, so fellow foodies get ready! My friend and I ordered the "Mango Waui Tea" - it was black tea w/ mango aloe & mango. It had a unique flavor, but it was pretty good & refreshing! I ordered the "Kennedy Waffle" (bubble-style) which came with bananas, strawberries, raspberries (I asked for none), coconut flakes, nutella, & whipped cream. This waffle was SO good I could've had another one, but I controlled myself haha. Loved this spot overall! 10/10 would definitely come back here to try the other waffles & teas they offer!

Great place to taste awesome tea and smoothies. Go check them out! They also have a great indoor spot to hang out, but as we know, we can't enjoy it until things get better. But they do take online orders and orders to go.

A lot of people bring their children here and it makes sense that they're here early since children wake up early. They also have a really cute treasure box with prizes for the kids, so if I was here with my family, I probably would bump this up a star. However, I was here with my husband and our couple friend. The decor is beautiful. I love how bright and cheery all the decorations are. Parking can get difficult, it seems like they have just enough parking for the amount of people there. The food is what I found just OK. I got their yogurt bowl, which I guess I can't really expect to be wow'd by a yogurt bowl, but I found it to be fine. My options were limited since I don't eat pork and a majority of their meat is pork. They do have a chicken sausage, but looking at pictures. It looks like the casing may possibly be pork so I decided to avoid it just in case. I also got their cold brew, it didn't come with any cream or sweetener or anything to add. I probably should've asked for some, because I found the cold brew to just be OK. My husband got the chicken pot pie and said he expected more chicken in it. I think our overall feel of the food was it was fine, but not great. I won't run to come back here, but I also wouldn't be opposed to someone wanted to. I think that's the definition of three stars for me. Price is super reasonable, this meal will not break the bank.

I'm glad Graze exists, because I feel like they have quite a few options that meet what I'm looking for. This time I got a kale Caesar with blackened Ahi tuna on it. The Ahi tuna was absolutely delicious. I found the kale Caesar had a bit too much sauce, it tasted extra cheesy to me, so I think this Caesar sauce which is homemade has quite a bit of cheese in it for those of you who may not be big cheese fans. What would have made this five stars is if it had less sauce, so next time I might ask for the dressing on the side so I can control putting it on myself.
