Overall, I'm very happy that this place is at Armature Works. I like to try to eat healthy when I'm out and about and also eat high protein, I found my options at Armature Works is kind of limited based on these two criteria. I'm glad Graze exists, because I feel like they have quite a few options that meet what I'm looking for. This time I got a kale Caesar with blackened Ahi tuna on it. The Ahi tuna was absolutely delicious. I found the kale Caesar had a bit too much sauce, it tasted extra cheesy to me, so I think this Caesar sauce which is homemade has quite a bit of cheese in it for those of you who may not be big cheese fans. What would have made this five stars is if it had less sauce, so next time I might ask for the dressing on the side so I can control putting it on myself. I appreciate that they text you when your order is ready so you can walk around, I was able to go back to my table and sit with the family until my order was ready. Some of the stalls do not open until 11 AM, but Graze opens before that, probably because they have breakfast options. Been here a few times and never a bad experience. I consistently get the bub burger and love the sauce and quality of the ingredients. My friend Anna got the kale Caesar wrap which looked pleasing and she said it was a good way to fuel back up after a run. Love that they carry glass old glass Coke bottles really added to the experience of the meal. there is a little bar area to sit, but I prefer eating outside. Nice ambience and great service. Really, really sad. We were looking for breakfast and Yelp (mis)led us here. Graze is located inside the Armature Works, a 100-year-old repurposed industrial building that's trying to be an upscale food court. The Upscale means they charge $10 for parking. The food court means you order while standing up and eat wherever you can find space. Graze has an interesting process for letting you know when your food is ready. When you place your order, you give them your cell number. Then, you go find somewhere to sit. There are some seats outside, near a small canal. Then, you sit there enjoying the canal until you begin to wonder if your food is ready. That's your cue to head inside to find that your meals have been sitting on the counter, getting cold. The good news is that they also got my order wrong, so I got to wait another 15 minutes while they made what I ordered. Once I finally got the correct food, served on paper plates and a metal tray, I learned that their food, even when it's served hot, isn't all that good. Very good food options on the healthy side which was something I was looking for on my recent trip. They have a very nice open seating area with lots of natural light and the staff is super helpful. I chose to sit at the counter so I could see what the kitchen was doing and how the staff was interacting and I'd have to say they were great. The food was fresh not overly fried or oily and had a very nice taste to it the brought out the flavors of the food without too much salt or frying. I cannot recommend Graze enough if you want a high-quality burger and fries. Seed oil free!! The ingredients are extremely fresh and you can enjoy this meal without feeling any sense of heaviness or guilt afterwards because of the freshness. Located inside of Armature Works, this restaurant is very convenient when you're enjoying the Riverwalk. I came here after a run club run, and the kale Caesar salad was the perfect bite to refuel. The breakfast potatoes are perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a slight salty flavor, but also serve with sautéed onions and peppers. It is quite delicious. However, the sweet potato fries with the sweet glaze are spectacular. Everything here is made to order and fresh. You can see the photo attached for more details!! I contacted Graze on IG to maybe find some answers but I was left on read :) They served my friend food with ingredients she is allergic to. In a nutshell- my friend (let's call her Friend A) ordered a bowl for Friend B because A didn't specify her allergy at the beginning of ordering at the register (she went up maybe 5 min after ordering and mentioned she cannot have broccoli). Friend C went to ask the manager about the policy and that from ex manager to manager, mentioned that the staff should know what's on the menu and what the meals come with. Manager (a guy maybe in his 40s with a beard that's black and some gray in it) basically told us "customers should read the menu before ordering so they order correctly" and please note- we were upset and discussing this issue because we never heard of a place that won't remake a bowl because of an allergy or when they messed up, and the manager kept mocking us and mimicking us and the whole time from beginning to end of the situation was watching us and it was really uncomfortable. The oatmeal was served in a plastic to go container and with a fork (I was told they were out of spoons). The bacon was limp, and for $9, I expected more out of the oatmeal with a few slices of banana, a tsp of brown sugar and a tiny amount of pecans. My friend and I went to Graze 1910 in Armature. She ordered the hamburger and I had a bowl. She enjoyed the burger until about 30 minutes later when her stomach was upset. Shortly thereafter, she threw up. She also ordered coffee and asked for a refund because she said, "it was the worst coffee anyone has ever given me." My food was fine. This restaurant is only for people who want to arrive and stand in line for 15+ minutes just to order. Then one can wait until your drinks are provided at the bar where you can wait 5-15 minutes. Once you have your drink you can sit down and wait up to 30 minutes to get a text that says your food is ready. So you can go back to the bar and find out your food is not yet ready. After standing at the bar, again, Someone will tell you they'll bring it to you when it actually is ready. Everyone there was pleasant just a terrible process. No , it was not jammed. It mostly empty. If you don't want to stand at the bar unlimited hours and go from the bar to a seat, back to the bar, and then back to your seat and then back to the bar, this is not the place to go. For me, I won't do that for a hamburger or a breakfast bowl. read more

I rarely write poor reviews (this is my first 1-star review ever), and I actually enjoy the food at Graze, but this interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth and I don't intend to return to the one at Armature Works because of it. Just before Christmas, I brought a 14 year old that I mentor to Armature Works to sit outside and write some holiday cards. She started to feel nauseous from something she'd eaten earlier in the day, and ended up getting sick and using the plastic bag I had brought with all of our materials in it. After making sure she's okay, I went inside to try to locate some form of takeout bag or box that I could use, since now we had pens, envelopes, cards, and chocolates and nothing to put them in. The first counter I walked up to was Graze, and the man I spoke with (he was older and bald, that's all I can remember to note) was the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. I asked for a bag or box and he flatly told me they were for paying customers only. I explained my situation, that the kid I'm with had just gotten sick and I need to get her home to her mom, and I'm just looking for a plastic bag or takeout container. He laughed, made some annoying comment, and sent me on my way. I walked over to the bar on the other end of Armature and they gave me a box and some complimentary gingerale for her after hearing what had happened. Then a staff member at Kipos gave me a paper takeout bag when asked without even having to explain what happened. I want to mention that the "no" was NOT the problem - if you're not supposed to give out a bag or box to a non-paying customer, fine. It was the rudeness and the disrespect especially at a time when I was truly just trying to help out a kid that was clearly unwell. It was hard enough leaving her alone outside to go in and try to problem-solve, let alone be spoken to condescendingly in a high-stress situation. read more

In total, $50 for two sandwiches, chicken and waffles and two sparkling apple juices. We took a seat outside on a crisp, sunny morning in Tampa. The food took about 15 minutes. The sandwiches looked good and were freshly prepared. Made to order eggs, choice of cheese on either a brioche bun or bagel with a protein. Both my wife and sister had bacon. My wife had the potatoes on the side. They are crispy and flavorful. My sister had the tots and they were even crispier but did have a bit of a greasy taste to them. My chicken and waffles was ok. The waffle was fluffy and sweet and was doused in rich syrup with bacon crumbles scattered about. The chicken on top was ok. It was a thick chicken breast but It was a over cooked in some parts, mostly on the sides and ends. The crust outside was burnt in some spots. The flavor on the crust was decent. Sweet and glazed. However, I wouldn't order again if we were to be back here for breakfast. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The service was solid but they really only have to take your order and then you go back up to grab your food when it is ready. Graze actually has more than one location in Tampa. When we came to this one, there was already a line to the cashier. It was a Friday morning. Maybe just past 10:15. The line moved but it wasn't super slow. The menu has quite a variety of options. You can find vegetarian, gluten free, low carb things to eat too! I did the BYO bowl with breakfast potatoes, eggs, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheddar. Super filling! 3 eggs is a good amount to eat if you're bulking. My sister also did the BYO option, but did tots, eggs, spinach, broccoli, black beans, and cheddar. Such a good portion of food, albeit pricy. The base price is already at $13 (if I remember correctly), and it adds up every time you add more toppings. It tasted delicious but not sure what was up with the elevated dollar amount. Were these chickens treated fairly? Are the vegetables grown from a local farm? I need that advertised so I know what I'm paying for. Regardless of my rant, I'd still come back! Consistently one of my favorite restaurants at Armature Works. Great selection of lots of healthy style foods. Love their bowls, including the Korean BBQ shown in my pic. Ordering is at the register and they are pretty quick with making the food fresh to meet your order. Seating includes inside and outside. On the weekends this can be challenging. Tip: They don't offer tap water, so unless you bring your own you will have to go without or overpay for bottled. Second tip: As of Oct 2022 this is not a restaurant that participates in the Armature Works online ordering. For most of the other restaurants at Armature Works you can use this online ordering tool to order from numerous restaurants all at once. At the end, we decided decided go here because the menu looks enticing. For food, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the sweet tea. Like the breakfast, gods bless me with a sense of magical wonderment that radiates my aura across the sky. If you go on the weekend, the wait is about 10 to 15 minutes after taking the order to pick up. They do a lot of business. But the lines for ordering go very quickly. Graze 1910 has such a cool location at the back of Armature Works. You can see the water while you order. I visited Graze 1910 on a Sunday morning during brunch. I ran through the menu multiple times and realized that, despite having a few vegan options later in the day, they didn't have much vegan during the time we were there (they have an incredible sounding vegan bowl but it is only available after one on Sunday). Sadly I was stuck going with just avocado on an everything bagel. Well that Avocado Bagel was pretty incredible. The bagel had a great texture, like it was grilled, with a crispiness on the top and softness throughout the rest of it. The avocado was layered thick enough to enjoy but not too thick to overwhelm the bagel and it had a great flavor. I was very impressed with this a la carte creation. Graze 1910 lacks the vegan brunch offerings to truly make it a five star experience. Still, what they do offer is good enough to make me think I'd visit again. read more
