Unfortunately, an emergency came up and I had to leave the car overnight which he was agreeable to without question. I decided to purchase a new intercooler and front grille for my 10th gen Civic a few months ago. Buying the parts was easy, but finding a good local installer who is responsive was not. After going back and forth with a couple of other shops, I decided to ask Adam from Dynamic Autoworks for more information. Adam was forthright, gave me a competitive estimate, and scheduled the service. I dropped the car off in the morning and by the afternoon, she was ready to go with the intercooler expertly installed. Unfortunately, the front grille I bought was designed in a questionable manner by the manufacturer. Adam did his best to get the grille to fit flush and it looked good on day one. Unfortunately, it did not last. After contacted Adam again, he did some additional research, scheduled me to come in, and fixed the fitment for no charge. The front grille looks much better. I've been taking my tires to Dynamic to get them mounted since they need to be stretched and you can't trust just any shop to do that. These guys did an excellent job and took care of it with no problem. Cracked my wheel one day and called Adam to see if he can weld it up. Really liked the no-frill, but responsive, honest and good auto work done by Adam. I called a few places to get a quote for a knock sensor replacement, Adam was the only one saying it can be done within 1 hour and a reasonable price, all others were quoting above 2-3 hours of work. (Super busy with work, so I couldn't get off before the dealership's service department closed) I called the shop, spoke to Adam and told him about my situation. He told me no worries, I'll have a lift ready for you as soon as I stop by. Upon arrival, I asked Adam if he could use genuine oil and oil filter from Mercedes. I wish I could give Adam a million stars! Our car was involved in an accident three months ago and was sent to a local tow yard (along with the other 6 cars). The tow yard was charging crazy high fees, and being insanely uncooperative (but that's another story). Adam then swooped in to help! I called their shop because of a problem with steering noise from my GMC car. Adam suggests I bring it in to have it checked. He was straightforward, he told me where the problem was and proceeded with the work and after waiting for 30 minutes of the 2 hour estimated time to finish the job, he came to me and gave me a bad news. Other components needs to be replaced and it would cost me big bucks. He also was going to check for me if there is still any recall or warranty left on the car. He says with the repair so costly, it wasn't necessary to replace it at this time. After all this, I asked him how much it's going to cost me and he responded "NOTHING". The owner Adam was very informative and helpful and doesn't talk to you in a condescending way and actually educate you.
