A technician (Hassan) came out on time for the estimate. The price was very reasonable and the job could be scheduled the next day. We had to put a new opener and convert from high lift to regular residential lift. Basically, all of the components of the garage door needed to be adjusted with the exception of the actual door. I can't recommend Dynamic Doors enough!! I have used them twice now- back in 2016 for a repair on the garage door mechanics and again Oct. of 2020 for a whole new door. They were extremely quick in response time- both times coming the same day and repair/replacing by the next! They were very friendly and kind. All wore masks as they replaced the door this year. I even called them again for a quirk in the openers (probably the circuit board on the old opener itself) and they not only came same day (again) but advised me to hold off on replacing it and didn't charge me for the visit!! Our springs busted on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Alex came out when two other companies wouldn't come until Monday morning. I could have waited but having it done before Sunday dinner really gives peace of mind. (My car was in the garage). I called after 4pm and the repair is all done now before 6pm. My experience with Dynamic Doors was terrible. Called them for a problem with the door sealing properly. He then offered a tuneup for about $85 which seemed reasonable so I agreed. It consisted of the tech spraying the rollers, etc with a lubricant. It literally took about 3 minutes. He did not even check, let alone adjust, the spring tension.I don't know how to reconcile this with others glowing reviews but for me they were the worst. read more

Our spring broke at 7:00 this morning. Even though they weren't officially open, they answered the phone at 7:30 and set up an appointment slot between 11 and 1. The technician called at 11:50 to let us know he was on his way. He arrived at 12:15 just like he said, and completed the job in less than an hour. Replaced the springs and the bearings.
