Royan was a champ for helping us out about a week ago. We wanted to switch over to Spectrum Mobile…read morefrom T-Mobile because of the great prices so we headed to our local Spectrum at about 1pm. We planned on adding 3 lines and also wanted to upgrade a phone. Unfortunately, we had a 3 hour sidequest because T-Mobile was a nightmare to leave. We needed a TMobile transfer pin so we were told to contact them by phone. The TMobile phone customer service said we needed to go in store. When we got to the store, they said we needed to call customer service. ANYWAY, we finally got the pin we needed and headed back to Spectrum at about 4pm. The Spectrum guys were swamped because they were short-staffed by two guys. This also happened to be a day where they had a few complicated customer service issues to deal with prior to helping us again. So, when Royan began helping us with our final transitions, we of course, were no exception to complicated issues. One of our phones was so ancient that it wouldn't adhere to simple transfer protocols (ESim activation). We ended up upgrading that phone and succesfully porting everything over. Royan also had to upgrade another phone and then activate the other two lines. All told, we didn't leave the store until 30 minutes PAST CLOSING. The entire time, Royan was upbeat while also being apologetic for all the issues. He remained patient and dilligent throughout the process and he finally got us everything we requested. While it wasn't an ideal amount of time to spend in the store, the experience was well-done because he worked until everything was completed and IT WAS DONE RIGHT. I had no issues with the lines, data transfers or the billing. Special props to Royan because he worked from open to way past closing and he did it with a great attitude the entire time. I know Spectrum customer service can get a bad rap for the extended wait times and slow service but please remember to factor in difficulty and quality of service received. Thanks Spectrum Carmel Mountain!

Came in on Tuesday 11 pm without appointment to return the wifi router…read more No line, no wait, CSR scanned the wifi router, confirm the address and driver license check and received the stuff, printed out the order. In and out in 5 minutes. I have been waiting in line for hours at this place before. Count my lucky day. When you live in the monopoly area of Spectrum internet cable, then try to get the best out of it. Need to call and request update package every six months since they keep increasing price. Bad practice but oh well, you live in capitalism country. At least you still talk with real human instead of some AI answering machine in the phone Take one star off

I really don't know much about this company...but…read more.. They gave my City College professor, the infamous Mr. Hilderbrand, a ton of leftover unused "Short Ends" of color 16MM filmstock. He in turn, gave all his students, including me, each about 700-900 feet worth of the film for FREE! My first short film I wrote and directed, "Zombie Hunter", required about 600 feet of film. A brand new 400 foot roll of 16MM color film normally costs about $120ish. So we all got about $200+ worth of free film, all thanks to Stu Segall Production Inc. Stu Seagall, thanks so much for indirectly funding my first film!

Ms. Lisa Greenspan Production Coordinator…read moreStu Segall Productions 4705 Ruffin Road San Diego, CA 92123 Dear Ms. Greenspan: I was thrilled to learn that Stu Segall Productions is seeking onset production assistants for its upcoming show, The Ex-List . My work experience, calm head and clear eye for detail will make me an asset to your San Diego production set where eccentric personalities can conflict with mundane realities. First, as a San Diego native, I am well connected to local manufacturers, retailers, tourist attractions and business centers. I know which area/shop has the best and/or least expensive equipment and services. Since receiving my drivers' license years ago, I've become an expert on San Diego's most eccentric, deserted and colorful beaches. I'm also an expert on this town's most yuppie (La Jolla/Del Mar), surfer (Pacific Beach/Encinitas), family (Scripps Ranch), ethnic (Mission Bay), hippie (Encinitas, Ocean Beach) and nude/gay (Black's) beaches. Looking for clubs? Go to Anthology in Little India for the over 35, yuppie, DINK crowd. Looking for 30-somethings? You can't miss Stingaree, Dick's Last Resort or The Shout House, downtown. Dog Beach in Ocean Beach will render lots of environmentalists and VW-bus-driving, dreadlock-wearing professor-types. You need hot-hot-hot bikini-wearing young men and women? Go to Pacific Beach. You want the background? You need the setting? I have the ideas (and the directions.) So my best work experience is in sales. . . I have turned angry, upset housewives into 200-dollar tickets just with my calm, friendly and informed demeanor. I organize displays in a provocative manner and lure customers into sample sections they may otherwise fear to enter. Very comfortable with public speaking and interpersonal interaction, I joined my University's Speech & Debate team. . I enjoyed traveling with my team to Los Angeles where I performed a monologue dealing with how individuals manage loss and grief. I've also spent significant time feeding and entertaining toddlers and school-age children. You have a cantankerous star? I have an amusing, calming way of reaching them. The chaos of nannying will help me deal with the multitasking required in any film work. Further, I can understand when deadline pressures impinge on any superiors' bedside manners. I am not a prima donna. I have had significant life struggles which, thankfully, have endowed me with a realistic and non-self-centered perspective. While this may come as a surprise, I have a stronger desire to function behind the camera rather than in front of it. The Ex-List exploration of the challenge and complication of relationships intrigues me. More, however, I'm convinced it will strike a cord with the American public and am confident of its success. If I can be part of that success, I will have counted myself a winner. I have always thrived best in a challenging, dynamic atmosphere, even if and when stresses and conflicts interrupt the flow of creativity. Thank you for the time and attention required in reading this over one-page cover letter (a sin!). I will contact you next week about opportunities available with Stu Segall Productions. I hope you consider my heartfelt cover letter seriously. Sincerely, Diana ----------------------------------------------------- No reply. No call back. Apparently Stu Segall is too cool for school. But they did create the Ex-List, and for that I give 'em props!

Download the app, create your account, and everything else is pretty much there. I was given my router, and Jessica was transparent about prices. After each carrier blamed the other for the inability to unlock the card, and after having been transferred from one agent, department to the next without the agent explaining the situation to the former, I was left to continue repeating myself?! Finally, I headed out to the Hillcrest location. These two men there, one in his mid thirties; the other late 30's had these arrogant attitudes as if I were inconveniencing them?! They said "you will have to call them, Spectrum , to get them to unlock the card." We can't do anything to help you?!" Back and forth both Spectrum and Cox blamed the other. Now just how am I supposed to call them without service?! I don't know what to tell you, but you can't come in here and expect to use our phones to get your card unlocked?!?" I said absolutely nothing more. I got up from my seat and walked out the door. Look into AT&T, Verizon, or any other carrier. Save your time and money. There are SO many other companies that will compete for your business and are concerned with customer retention. This business couldn't care less about obtaining your business, let alone retaining it.
