I have a Toyota Prius Wagon.. I accidentally hit a huge Jack Rabbit on one of my travels, so sad... My front fender was cracked and my car is only a few months old. I-10 Toyota referred me to this body shop.. I visited them.. they checked out my car and gave me a quick no hassle quote.. They told me the part would be in within a couple days. So it arrived within 24 hours.. I brought my car in and it was fixed within a hour. I felt they were very honest and helpful. I have a FJ Cruiser and it had a bumper part that needed to be fixed and that was straight drama and over priced when I had that fixed.. Why one star. Prices. I was told by Toyota (can you say kick-back) to come here. I had a wheel-well cover ribbed out. They wanted over $500. I drove to an other place in Palm Desert (CLYMER). They were $250 cheaper. read more

Just picked up my Chevy earlier today. And they did a great job! Took care of entire body, glass, paint job, etc. Looks 99.9% like new. Angel did a fantastic job on keeping me informed on the progress and I honestly believe he really wants to hear from me if I have any questions regarding the work done. Sincerity like that is extremely rare. Kelly in the front office was very pleasant and personable. Very professional in explaining the whole process. I would give 0 stars if I could. I10 Toyota recommended I bring my car here, and boy did I wish I didn't. They charged me thousands of dollars for work, and where are the results? They charged me to fix my windshield wiper fluid tank, and guess what it's still cracked. They swore they fixed my bumper and underneath my car and it's missing bolts. Also they charged for fixing a cover under my hood and it is still cracked. My car also when they returned it to me was filthy, and had glue all over it. I am finding multiple things they charged me for and that they didn't fix. When I asked them to clean it, the guy rolled his eyes and then cleaned it. Also on top of that the manager was really rude, to my father and I. These guys are crooks don't bring your vehicle here. They had my car for over a month and a half, and now I'm wondering for what, they didn't fix anything they said they would. I can't say it enough do not bring your car here. read more

The staff here is extremely friendly. Had my vehicle taken here for a tear down after a total loss accident. They helped me remove stereo equipment and all my belongings from my totaled vehicle and were very efficient. Had a very clean and professional facility. Kept my car for 3 months. Kept citing staff problems as reason. Finally got it back filthy dirty, damaged and antennae missing. Plus it was empty of fuel. When asked about the antennae they said they would order one. Never heard from them again. Not recommended. read more

Back when Angel was working here , the work was great . So when I had to have my truck fixed I returned to find Angel had left. Ass, suming, it would be ok , I continued. This time I woefully regret that decision. When complete, the truck was filthy. Not only the pieces of broken glass in all the nooks and crannies, but dust particles from sanding, over sprayed paint. I returned 3 times to try and get pick up work completed , but I kept talking to a new person every time I showed up. You would think a phone call to make an appointment would suffice. However that was not the case . The Manager ( very loosely termed ) was never in , never returned calls. In the meantime I kept finding parts loose in the vehicle. My door hangs crooked , won't close well . My windows replaced squeak when in motion. Innumerable issues , screws missing , door handles coming off in my hand, door panels loose. Finally I went to change my oil and found a very large bolt just sitting in my protective plate . It turned out to be to my main balancing pulley.! I took my truck to a reputable mechanic and had it fixed properly. If you want some misery in your life . Take your vehicle here . Where Mickey Mouse and his crew of incompetent workmen can Royally screw up your car.! I cannot convey my dismay adequately without the proper expletives. But I hope you get the idea. Never, ever let these people work on your vehicle.!! ZERO stars. read more
