Working with Josh and Sean, or in my case, watching Josh and Sean work is a Master Class in technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer support. The first time we met, and I showed them "the closet" that housed all the modems, routers, and switches that fed the various locations around the house, Sean looked at the embarrassingly messy nest of cables, thought for all of 30 seconds, he pulled one of the cables from one ports on a switch and put it in a different port. My laptop is my livelihood, so getting it fixed was imperative. When I called, the first thing he did was tell me how to try to get it working by myself. In the meantime, he would look up the price for a replacement keyboard. My first attempt didn't work, but in a second call, he helped me through the difficulty, and then it worked! Even if it hadn't, he told me it wouldn't cost more than $50 in labor to switch out the board. He was nice and generously gave his time to help me through this without any profit.
