My wife and I had the chance to work with DynamicZ Construction not too long ago and it was an experience worth sharing! We were on a tight budget at the time and were having a hard time finding the right contractor to remodel two of our bathrooms with quality and for the right price. We had a bunch of contractors assess the projects, but felt skeptical about most of them because of their high estimates or previous projects. Luckily, we stumbled upon Zamir who presented himself with the utmost professionalism and integrity. He was very honest during our first meeting, and understood our situation and exactly what we needed to have done. He didn't go overboard with the estimate, and tried to keep everything grounded and not too excessive. We thought the estimate he provided was fair, it wasn't as high as some other contractors and wasn't the lowest, but we were confident he knew what he was doing! He asked us to give him some time to provide an actual quote, which was only about 1% off from the estimate he provided during our first meeting. We were happy with the promptness and the price, so we agreed and got to planning. After all the dimensions were properly measured, his designer, Jordan, took us through some inspirations and went through our preferences. We discussed the style we wanted, the colors we aimed to have, and the overall layout of the bathroom. We wanted to keep the foundations as they were, so we focused mostly on updating the overall finish and look of the bathrooms. Shortly after, we were given a 3D render of the design so we could see exactly what it would look like after everything was done. It was a pretty cool experience, and up until this point, you could still make changes to the design. By this point we were already super impressed by how greatly Zamir's team conducted themselves. Zamir and Jordan were very hands-on and always took initiative, but above all else, they were client focused and always did their best to understand us! After all the planning, we finally started construction. Zamir brought a 4 man team for both bathrooms. Alejandro, David, Juan and Jack, who were all very professional and efficient! They weren't rowdy, and they knew how to keep the surrounding areas clean every day! They were punctual, always got here at 8:30 AM ( as we requested) and left at 3 PM. Before leaving, they always made sure to clean up, not only in the bathroom itself, but the surrounding areas outside the bathrooms too! Throughout the construction process, Zamir regularly updated us. He was honest and informed us of any hiccups they encountered, but managed to assure us all the time! Nevertheless, they were still very efficient. His team managed to complete everything a couple of days before the projected timeline stated, which we were really pleased about. The results were just as we wanted! We spent a lot of time working on the design, and they managed to turn it into reality! We had a final walkthrough for both bathrooms, and went over some quality assurance just to make sure we knew everything was done right. I recently just moved to Carolyn Dr in Pleasant Hill for a pretty spacious, but dated home. I already have major plans to remodel this whole place, but I'm planning on taking it step by step, first with the Kitchen area. I just had my consultation with Zamir from DynamicZ Construction, and I was pretty impressed by his professionalism! Zamir was very punctual. I noticed he arrived about 20 minutes before our appointment while I was in the front porch, and just waited until I finished my coffee, and until our scheduled appointment time. Just a disclaimer, I don't know much about renovations and construction, but he was very patient and explained everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. He has a great sense of humor, and took the initiative to provide me with previous works he had done so I could gain some inspiration. I honestly didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to have my kitchen redone LOL. He looked at everything in detail and advised me on different options we could pursue for the kitchen: 1. Was to completely revamp the kitchen area and replace the existing island and change the layout. This was the pricier option, but it would give me the freedom to design the kitchen to my own liking. 2. Was to leave the existing layout as it was, but upgrade every single aspect of it. Definitely the cheaper option, and I also have the chance to choose the materials I want and the finishes I would like to have as well! I was really intrigued by option 1, and we both went into detail about the layout I would like to have and the vision I had for the place. He seemed to understand what I wanted and gave me an estimate for the remodel. He also gave me an estimate for option 2, which was significantly cheaper. I still haven't decided yet, but out of effort Zamir said he will provide me with 2 detailed quotes for both options so I could figure out the more viable one for me. Here's a couple of reasons why I'm leaning heavily on working with Zamir: 1. He's very punctual. He arrived 20 minutes before our appointment time. This was already a great indication of how serious he took me as a client. 2. Great sense of humor and very easy to communicate with. Zamir is approachable. He likes to get into small talk to build rapport, he often throws jokes around, and carries himself with a smile. 3. Of all the Contractors that have come over, Zamir was the only one who gave me 2 options to work with. He takes the initiative, and tries his best to understand your situation and budget. 4. I was told by Zamir that a designer is already provided by the company, and included in the quote. Despite that, his prices are still very competitive! 5. Zamir's company is trusted, bonded and insured under California State Laws! I'm just waiting on the detailed quotes before I make my decision, but I think I know who I want working on my kitchen. Highly recommended. The oak table breakdown is now fixed by Zamir. He came the day after I sent the picture and set to work. I feared the table might be a goner since this was not the first breakdown and repairs were not holding. In short, I am very happy to have discovered DynamicZ Construction--the previous efforts to repair did not get to the base of the table's problem, which is now solved, and I am confident. He brings all sorts of tools and repair items, including much better screws to replace the very old outdated screws that were part of the problem. I asked him about a water damage issue I have been ignoring and learned a lot about possible options, from major expenses to minimal solutions to halt the damage. He is a licensed contractor, so that covers a lot of fixes. And reasonably priced. A congenial, and I believe a trustworthy problem-solving professional. Just had my initial consultation with Zamir from DynamicZ Construction and I'm super impressed! In all honesty, I actually had a couple of contractors come by, but their rates were just too high for me. Zamir is really professional and won't try to take advantage of you. He also comes prepared with a portfolio to show you some of his recent works, which helped a lot! He took me through the whole process and asked a lot of questions, and made sure he saw exactly what I wanted in the kitchen remodel. From there he assessed the existing foundations and gave me a rough estimate for the project. I used DynamicZ Construction to install a new bathroom and remodel the existing bathroom. I must say I was pleasantly pleased with the professionalism of Zamir, the contractor. He checked in with me regularly, wanted to make sure everything was done according to my will. His quote did not go over his original estimate. His 4 man team for this project was outstanding: they really were good in their specialties as well as all around, with attention to detail. They were here promptly at 8am and left at 3pm. They were pleasant, easy to work with, no blaring music, and they cleaned up every day after the job. One of their team, Jesus was an excellent tileman so I even had my ugly brick fireplace tiled and I am so pleased with the result. He asked for some inspiration before putting together a quote, which pretty much started the entire remodeling process.
