We stopped in this afternoon craving good Chinese food. We WERE NOT disappointed! Since moving to the area, we've tried a couple of ok-ish Chinese food places and we're excited to try Dynasty in the hopes it would be a a good as the reviews say...it is! I had the veggie hand shaved noodles and my wife had the kung pow tofu. We also had the cream cheese wonton(not pictured because we at them too quickly!) The noodles and veggies were cooked perfectly, what can I say I love me some carbs and I love good noodle dishes, this one for the hill and then some. The portion was large enough for me to have a nice lunch and enough leftovers for another meal. The Kung pow tofu was fried perfectly, the vegetables were crisp and fresh and the sauce was just the right amount of spicy. The cream cheese wontons were out of this world (I mean most things deep fried are really good, but these are pretty darn excellent). To top it off, the service was just really really good. I could never recommend Dynasty enough. The owners and employees are the sweetest people and care greatly for their establishment and customers. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, with such beautiful decor and ambiance. The food is PHENOMENAL. They have big portions and the sauces are always to die for. Even the concept of green barley noodles was completely new to me and I just had to try them. There were lots of other delicious sounding items on the menu though, so I need to return and try them. I heard the waitress describing the fish which is fried , and I really really wanted that but had to try the noodles. And it was worth it. I needed a nice healthy meal and that was it. We were looking for a restaurant with vegan options and stopped in. The waitress was welcoming and let us know the jush: they can make most items vegan, but they use the same wok. That was fine for me, so I ordered the vegetable chow fun and general tso's tofu (my wonderful brain child). The general tsos tofu was so crispy and the sauce was bomb. And the chow fun had literally 8 different kinds of vegetables, can you believe that? My non-vegan family members got general tsos chicken, honey walnut prawns and crispy noodles, when I asked them about their food they said "nice" and "good". Ordered three items 1 Mongolian beef 2 Kung Poa Shrimp 3 Barley Hand Shaven Noodles All ordered spicy level 4 (out of 5). Take out order - was ready when indicated. Overall I'd say 4 - I was hoping it would be 5 since down the street is a competitor that I loved last summer / Sequim will be an annual trip but my guess this is one of the go to spots in town. The hand shaven noodles didn't do it for me - kind of a play on the Thai wide noodle but too gooey for my liking but it wasn't bad just not for me. The Mongolian beef was fine - a little too saucy imho but the flavor was there The shrimp were on the small side so this dish didn't sing Kung Poa like I expected it - didn't inventory the ingredients but definitely had better. They nailed the spice and I would go there again but overall against other Chinese? I'd go down the street but I'm sure they have their loyalists. read more

Having eaten Chinese food in 3 countries 6 different states and over 30 cities I was not expecting to find such excellent food here but I was very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. They have a very full menu with a couple of house specials. I ordered my usual bbq pork fried rice. Don't judge me it's a favorite. It was the freshest fried rice I've ever eaten. The bbq pork was flavorful and not greasy. I also ordered orange chicken and a house special of Sequim beef. My order arrived very quickly and just like thw rice it was fresh and not greasy. Very flavorful. They asked me what level of spicy I would prefer and since it was my first time I just did standard. The Sequim beef was fairly spicy but the orange chicken could have been spicier. The chicken had very large chunks of white meat in batter and sauce crispy and delicious. The beef was crispy fried tender and sweet and hot. Portions were generoI will become a regular here. This establishment deserves all 5 stars and more. read more

And while the food did not floor me either in quality or quantity, it was tasty , nutritious, clean, and substantial. I ordered the delicious Hand Shaved Sprouted Barley Chou Mein, descibed on the menu as the long time staple of those enduring Chinese country folk and apparently effective in keeping one free of cancer and like maladies. Because this entree is rather mysterious, I decided to take a picture of it though I'd started in before the thought occurred to me. Decided to go for some Chinese while out on an evening drive to get out of the house. Ended up in Port Angeles and Sequim. We found this delicious gem and we couldn't be more happy that we did. We ordered the shrimp egg foo yung, nine flavor beef, Mu Shu bbq pork and garlic bok choy. It was delicious and the customer service was amazing! We didn't call ahead since we were driving through but everything was piping hot and fresh! We will definitely be back all the way from Bremerton just for Chinese. Really good Chinese food! Staying in Sequim for the night and wanted a quick dinner after a long day of hiking Olympic. This place has authentic food, cooked perfectly and good service. We got the Mongolian beef and general taos chicken. It was a combo where you can pick two entrees which is great to try two items. Chicken wasn't chewy like most places and good flavor.
