When I picked it up the second time, the sales person was condescending and made me feel like it did not understand the nature of the repair, however, I knew exactly what I was talking about. She just did not want to admit that the poor quality repair was their mistake. Sterling has always in the past been known for quality repairs, however, this time they missed the mark and I don't know that I will trust them again.

I visited the store in September and found the service very disappointing. My visit last was over two hours due to the sales associate jumping from me to other customers. At the end of my visit I was told that I would receive an email of the proposed item of purchase the following Monday. I had not heard back so I called and I was informed that she was busy and would get me my quote that day. When had not heard back in 2 days, I called back again. I was told that they are understaffed and she was overwhelmed. She completed another inquiry and would be working on my order. I was told that she would send me the information that night. There was a timeline for the item as it was a gift I expressed my frustration with the delays and my concerns and the associate abruptly hung up. I did not receive the quote as promised again. I have been a past customer here for many purchases and never experienced such poor service. They are not attentive to the customer and do not follow through with a commitment. Unfortunately I will no longer be a dedicated customer as they do not value customers as they did in the past

Also the woman I dealt with was extremely rude, terrible customer service! I went to a REAL jewelry and they told me the clasp was not gold at all. They showed me how easy the clasp was to bend right in half and said it should be able to be bent that way if it was real gold. The clasp also broke within a couple months of me having it back. I'm calling the better business bureau immediately and reporting it. You're a bunch of scammers and I'll let everyone know to never go to you guys. You should be ashamed.
