It's a shame because they do an excellent job, but they're very disorganized. I recently had my car detailed and was told I would get a call the next day in the morning when it was finished. By midday I had not gotten a phone call, so I called and inquired and was told I would receive a call back once they spoke with the technicians. I had to call three times before someone actually got back to me only to tell me that my car was actually finished the day before. They had no idea why no one had contacted me. Nice. This week, I called and asked if I could stop by to have a stain looked at and was told I could come that day to have someone check it out. I get there and the technician had just stepped out, so the man who was helping me took some photos, got my information, and said he would get right back to me once the technician returned (according to him, within the hour). Never got a call. Called the next day around noon and was told he was out to lunch and I would get a call immediately once he got back. Surprise, never got a call. I don't know if these people just don't want any business or what, but I will be finding a different location that doesn't waste my time.
