We were told all would come at the same time except the fridge; which was a 4-6 week wait. All seemed well until the delivery date. We were notified the night before that they would be here between 11 and 3; well, they called at 9 that morning notifying us that they would be there in 10 mins. Fine, glad they were able to make it sooner, however, notification of this would have been ideal prior to 10 mins away. Delivery shows up - the fridge is also on the truck; no notification of this, so we had to quickly clear the fridge. fine. now - they bring in the dryer and washing machine. the delivery people quickly noticed the back of the washing machine was clearly damaged and there were dents in the front and side as well. They didn't bring the right connections for the water as it was listed in the order form... The new dishwasher was broken when they installed it and didn't notify us. We had said we were going to keep all of our old appliances and do what we wished with them; well, about a hour after they left, we noticed they had taken the microwave. we were quick to call and spoke to the receptionist that quickly said "it's probably already scrapped" without even going to look. We called back the next day to speak with a manager of all items that went wrong. he didn't offer anything, minus, after a lot of talking about the microwave, to provide a new one as they found ours in the back and it had gotten broken in the move. We got our replacement dishwasher and washing machine a week later, but also had some back and forth about us keeping the microwave they offered us for free to replace our old one, but this wasn't documented anywhere so when we called for this to be looked into, we got a "we'll need to look into this". why wasn't this noted anywhere? clearly anywhere? who knows. This is our first time at Grand Appliance and I can't say we will be back or refer anyone to this chain. It's unfortunate as we were referred and had a great experience with the sales rep, Joel, but not so much with the manager we spoke to or the how this was handled. So instead of what could have been a couple hours of instalation with the perfect items, it turned in to 2 days of waiting for them, and to install the appliances. I would highly advise you shop elsewhere or ensure all is in pristine condition and nothing is taken. You're paying for brand new appliances, installation and items you've paid money for.

When at our home Vinny apologized for setting the bottom drawer of the freezer on our new kitchen floors and then in an email requesting some type if reconciliation he became unprofessional. He was yelling at my husband about his own lack of preparation from the emailed communication with details of what was broken and then verbally attacked him. The lack of accountability and not showing up or responding when our fridge and freezer continued to become more broken with each visit in hopes of making it right was frustrating. We went from a leak under our freezer to needing a new fridge. This process has left us without a working fridge since May 13 and now we need to shop for one and get it delivered / installed.
