Let's say that you do need an appointment, the least they can do is say hi and ask if we have an appointment and if not, maybe they can offer us guidance! Isn't it the foundation of customer service regardless of our appearances? Scrolling through the reviews and this seems to be the "trend" of not acknowledging customers for years! Instead of responding a generic message, please take the time to re-train your employees. It does not take a lot to say "hi, how can I help you?"

While there was quite a bit to choose from, the pickings were very slim in some areas and overflowing in others. There were appliances galore here, everything from fancy high-end models of refrigerators with see-through panels to what I would refer to as "landlord specials," those base units that you wouldn't want at your own home, but are totally fine for someone else paying you money every month to use. While there were plenty of employees around, no one interacted with me while I walked through the entire store and I did have to chuckle at the elderly employee having a nap at a table near the front entrance. Plus, they all wanted to charge me a couple hundred dollars, which did not include any repairs. Thankfully, Vinny's could come out on Monday morning, which was appreciated. He looked at my fridge and diagnosed it as a faulty defroster causing the issue. He ordered the part and was able to install it the following day, and everything was working by the end of the installation. However, when I came home from work later that day, I found that my fridge was again no longer working. I sent them a message, and they could come out the next day to take a look. When he came out, we discovered the electrical panel was the issue. He explained that when the electrical panel fails, even after it is repaired, other issues tend to follow, requiring additional repairs over time. He took the time to explain this thoroughly, answered my questions, and gave me the option to repair the electrical panel or get a new fridge. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything so I could make an informed decision. Ultimately, I chose to replace the refrigerator, and they changed their initial visit from a repair to a diagnostic visit and refunded me the difference. When at our home Vinny apologized for setting the bottom drawer of the freezer on our new kitchen floors and then in an email requesting some type if reconciliation he became unprofessional. He was yelling at my husband about his own lack of preparation from the emailed communication with details of what was broken and then verbally attacked him. The lack of accountability and not showing up or responding when our fridge and freezer continued to become more broken with each visit in hopes of making it right was frustrating. We went from a leak under our freezer to needing a new fridge. This process has left us without a working fridge since May 13 and now we need to shop for one and get it delivered / installed.
