Please read this all the way through if you are looking, thinking, or hoping for a place to buy a vacuum. First off, oh my GOODNESS! This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had and trust me when I say I've had many good experiences. Duane greeted my son and I as soon as we entered the store he had a wonderful smile and welcoming attitude. We shared with him that we have a small home but looking for a quality vacuum we could have around for years to come. I had in mind what price I'd be willing to spend and he was eager to assist in finding a good fit in our budget. Meanwhile my 2year old son who truly has a fascination with vacuums was enthralled by the many options he had to choose from. Duane informed us that he had been the owner for many years and recently retired handing the business to his sister but coming in every so often to help here and there. He asked Dan his right hand man to demonstrate some of the newer vacuums and explain some of the features. I cannot say enough positive things about Dan. He was very patient with questions and eager to explain the various options/price points. They have the basics all the way up to the Taj Mahal (the best of the best). I ended up purchasing a Riccar branded vacuum and have truly loved it. It has an extra long hose, pet attachment, and 3 settings for normal, raised, and bare floors which are self adjusting. Overall I am grateful for both Duane and Dan. They made buying a vacuum and absolute joy. Not to mention how happy my son was during the experience. They gave my 2 year old son a full sized vacuum and let him go to town. He was overjoyed to give them a whirl. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and are still loving the product we purchased. 11/15/19 - I'll tell you...we have an Electrolux central vacuum (20 yrs old). The Electrolux repair guy for Wisconsin....yes, all of Wisconsin....has been most unreliable the past couple times I needed service. Last time an issue began in spring and he didn't know what the problem was! He'd respond by saying he'd figure it out and get back to me. No calls. Out of frustration I searched for an Electrolux central vacuum repair place. MEQUON VACUUM CENTER popped up. At 3:30AM I sent a message asking if they could do repair and I got a call the same day! Brian was out two days later and within 25 minutes the job was DONE. Thank you so much!!! I can't tell you how thankful I am to not have to deal with the Electrolux guy. read more

I am not quite sure how much I can write about when it comes to a vacuum store but here I go... If you need ANYTHING, and I mean ANYthing for your vacuum cleaner this place has it. You can bring in broken vacs or if you are shopping for a new one. This place is more geared towards the cleaning industry than the consumer (Yes, they do have some Dyson vacs yet mostly no name industrial vacs). I went in there for a vacuum bag that I couldn't find at Walgreens and it was a lot cheaper and they had a selection of every type you could imagine. read more

We bought our a Riccar vacuum from this business 15 years ago. We took it in for check ups as needed. Best vacuum ever and worth every penny. Sales staff and owners consistently knowledgeable & friendly. Stopped in this week to buy a new Riccar, still have the old one but its seen better days after 15 years, carpets, hardwood, cats and dogs. We bought a new model, on sale plus the owner offered the coupon posted in the local flyer for us to use too! We have the new vacuum and really like how it handles plus all the attachments are practical and easy to use. What a bonus to have this shop in our community! We highly recommend them! read more
