Second time coming to Dyson Service location and I always receive great customer service. My Dyson blow dryer stopped working and I couldn't troubleshoot it myself. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment, but they said I could just walk in for service. I came in on Wednesday and the gentleman did a quick troubleshoot and said it was an internal fuse and the blow dryer needed to be replaced. Since I had warranty, the replacement was free of charge. Oh my gosh, where to begin???? I went in this morning to drop my Dyson stick vacuum off for repair, expecting to have to come later to pick it up. It turned out to the motor, which was replaced at no charge (still under warranty), all in a matter of 15 minutes. Great service, great techs!!!! What is really concerning is that Dyson fails to ignore the Elephant in the room: Poor Customer Service and Leadership, they respond to those customers who post a good review but fail to respond the customer's that post negative reviews. I don't know what capacity or role Mr. Dyson has with his business, but I do recall years ago where he would not tolerate anything that does not align with his Vision and brand. When you have those in leadership positions provide poor customer service and provide the wrong information it just makes the brand not worth buying the product and take your hard earned money elsewhere. When service does not maintain or exceed the quality of the product then that brand is heading in the wrong direction and will not be able to sustain the marketplace demands. read more

Took our vacuum here when it stopped working. The technician claimed the motor failed because of water damage but it was never exposed to water. Their analysis was based on a smell test where they believed it was exposed to water and void of warranty repair. We escalated to Rachel Rodriguez who claimed to be the supervisor but she is unprofessional and does not uphold the customer service standards we believe Dyson typically has. Rachel proceeded to laugh at us when we expressed we would escalate to corporate. Unfortunately we paid $400 for a vacuum that failed within a year and their service center in Houston is blaming us for water damage, to avoid warranty replacement. So either Dyson no longer stands behind their product or this store needs a corporate overhaul. I'll escalate to corporate but I may never buy a Dyson again and will make sure I influence others in avoiding Dyson and Rachel like a plague. read more

I have bought Dyson for at least the last 10 years about five flat corals, three blow and two vacuum cleaners. So I took my flat coral to the Dyson location in Shenandoah Texas only to be talked down to and treated so rude and said nothing was wrong with my flat coral even though the elements does not heat properly. So therefore, I called Dyson directly and again was treated extremely rude. The guy was very condescending. The only result he was willing to give me was for me to send mine back. They would determine and then send it back to me within a two week window. Now I don't know about anyone else but if I buy a flat iron, it's because I need especially when I pay her $500 for would expect the equipment to last longer. I guess I'm a slow learner because I kept buying but no more I'm done with Dyson. Their product is awful. And their customer support and customer service gets a below zero beware do not buy Dyson. My Dyson DC-60 was having some issues (not vacuuming things off the floor, though there was still suction at the hose). I'd gone by David's Vacuum on Westheimer and the very friendly salesman there said "I can't help you, here's what the problem is, call Dyson in Shenandoah." I did so and Howard said, "I know just what the problem is and we have the parts." it's a drive from Houston to Shenandoah, but I'm glad I made the trip. Howard was waiting on me when I arrived, examined the machine and told me "here's the cost, and I can get it done in 10 minutes." Fine with me. The shop is clean and welcoming, I was by myself pretty much the whole time. 10 minutes later, I was on the road. read more

i purchased my Dyson Ionic hair dryer from QVC on Mar 7, 2022. it stopped working in Apr 5, 2024. It cost $400. it has a 2 year warranty but it stopped working in 2 years and 28 days. Not worth the purchase. I previously had the Elchim brand. I've had it for about 14 years and it still works perfectly. I thought the Dyson would work for a very long time but it did not. We took our Dyson Motorhead in just to let them check it out, and hoping that they could give us some tips on how to clean it. They actually led us back into their repair shop, where Santos took plenty of time at his work bench showing us how to get it apart to make cleaning a breeze. We spent at least 20 minutes with him, and no charge for the cleaning or the education. It's rare to find a "service center" these days that actually provides service. They told me that replacing a couple of broken pieces were actually bigger repairs than they looked - which I can see and did check online. Wanted $175 for this and suggested I could buy a newer discounted unit from them for only $305. I had a warranty issue, I counted customer service they stepped me through several things to determine my issue and based on the results told me the main body needed to be re. They ordered it and it looked like I was going to get it quickly until UPS lost it. I reached out to customer service again and finally they reordered the part, but then canceled the order because it was out of stock. They gave me the contact for this service center. I called, he said it probably wasn't the main body and asked me to bring it in. I did and he immediately determined it was the battery, replaced it and I was on my way in maybe 10 minutes. We were referred here by the main national corporate Dyson call center for evaluation on a repair needed just a few weeks after the warranty expired. Glenn greeted us upon entry and helped us with a quick repair while we waited (and taught us how to prevent the problem again). They have a selection of all the newest Dyson products available, so when a new machine is needed, I know where I'm coming back to. The repair tech did a great job. I walked in with the vacuum cleaner, and the guy took it in back and fixed in ten minutes. He also explained that my carpeting with its pad was thick and causing the machine to malfunction. He put on a new vacuum head and did some adjustments so that my Dyson would work better on my carpet. Plus there was no charge. He said the machine was still under warranty. The release on our Dyson canister has been broken for a few months. Have searched the internet and local repair shops without success. Drove from champions area to the Dyson device center (this location). We walked into the service center with the vacuum canister and Howard welcomed us into the store. After explaining what was wrong with our vacuum, he quickly replaced the part we were missing in about 2 minutes!!
