Rather than emailing me back or contacting me, this office sent my supposed $55 to a debt collector, who is now harassing me for the cost. I am disputing it with the collector, and it isn't that I can't pay $55 -- but I have a right to know how and why I am charged this much, months after settling my account. I found it to be a petty, unprofessional practice to ignore my messages and send such a meager amount to a debt collection company. So beware of their business practices.
