Made an appointment for a consultation. The first red flag was that I showed up on time and was…read moreasked to wait a half hour longer. There were no other patients in the whole office. They had many patient chairs/bays which were all empty. Afterwards, the office manager said she would get back with cost information after she called the insurance for a pre estimate for the treatment plan. She called saying she had to write something up and would call back. A week later after not hearing back, I called the office. A receptionist said the office manager "had an emergency" and would call back. She never did. A week after not hearing from her, I again called the office. The receptionist said the office manager was not in because "she had a little accident". She'll call me in 15 minutes. That was 4 days ago and she never returned my call. Out of curiosity, I called my dental insurance. They keep a record of all calls. They had zero record that Gold Coast dental ever called for a pre-estimate. Needless to say, not going back. Getting treatment elsewhere. NOT good! Take note of the other review here and also reviews elsewhere online. There is something seriously wrong with this office. Not just unprofessional but dare I say creepy and shady, IMO. This place deserves -0 stars.
