This week my friend went to check out a membership with eos based on a deal they were advertising. She said the gym had good equipment and atmosphere. However, she also came home with a packet informing her of her weight, body fat %, and other stats. She was pretty upset about it. She's been working out at other gyms, and she's in shape. While I appreciate that the gym needs to sell memberships, I don't agree about giving someone a paper about them to guilt them into coming back. I wish her experience had been more welcoming and less pressure. read more

Previously Texans Fit, previously 24 hr. I had never been to the other locations so I am unsure how much is new and specific to EOS. I decided to become a member after hearing about the Allen Pkwy location. I checked my wellness membership through my health insurance and was excited to see that EOS in Meyerland was included since Meyerland is much closer. Added bonus-an instructor I LOVED at Fitness Connection now teaches there. Signing up was super easy and a lot less complicated than it has been at other gyms using my insurance benefit. The team was very familiar and there were no complications. Warren was my advisor and was super friendly and personable. On my first visit, I was very impressed with the quality of equipment and the cleanliness of the locker room. I wish there were heavier weights for the Get Stromg class, but hopefully that's coming. read more

my husband and i are in town for holiday shopping (2 hours away), i've only ever seen good things about EOS and wanted to take the time out of our day to get a lift in as well. coming in i had told the guy we signed up for the day pass and he looked us in our face and didn't respond awkwardly. He then told us there's no free pass only a 7 day pass and if i want to sign up to go wait in the corner not explaining why or with who to meet with a sales person. i explained our situation and only wanted to be in and out. he then just ignored us and helped the man next to us. I told him that we will do the 7pass to just say that they do have a day pass for $20 and that we can't do pretty much anything bc we aren't local. We didn't care about the day pass payment but since he left such a condescending tone, at that point we didn't even want to lift anymore, we left with a bad taste in our mouth. We ended up getting a call back from EOS and i was on the phone with Luis, and he sincerely apologized for the experience we had, shout out luis, great guy. He sorted out our situation and offered for us to come back but we were already driving back. The guy with earrings and glasses with black hair is not the energy EOS should be giving out. He shouldn't be in the front if he's going to not be helpful at all and condescending, cleaning equipment is more of a fit for him. read more

I came in to ask if they had a 1 month pass. They said they don't but they do have a 2 months pass for 90 bucks and when it hits 2 months will be cancel automatically. After 2 months i still get charged. I called them to ask for it to be canceled and the guy said yes. A month later which is today i am getting charged again and they said it is a 30 days notice but why i am getting the membership cancellation fees when i was buying a pass. And when I called last month that should be the 30 days notice already. They still take my payment for this month. read more

Went in to apply for the 7-day trial they're offering. The woman ended up signing me up for a TWO day trial, but didn't tell me, so when I went to work out, not only could I not work out (after searching and searching for parking), and they wouldn't correct their mistake at let me do the trial membership. This place is a joke. Avoid. read more

No parking, too crowded.... People hug a machine for 10 minutes. You will be better off paying a higher fee at another gym. $60 may get you a not so crowded gym with parking. Their lowest membership is $11. Why pay $30 for a facility that doesn't meet common expectations. read more

If you can afford to, go to a different gym; otherwise, this place isn't bad... it has everything you need... HOWEVER: as a former gym employee, I can distinctly recognize a few red flags: - CLEANLINESS: The staff cleans very little compared to other gyms with a higher budget. - STAFF: The staff always look exhausted when I come in. I came in this morning and one of the workers was asleep on the computer. - EQUIPMENT: They have everything you need, but their equipment isn't maintained too well nor will you always be able to find what you need as it gets crowded at all times of the day due to its low pricing. Summed up: this place is worth it if it's the only place you can afford to fit in your budget. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend finding a higher quality spot. read more

This gym is 2-3 miles from my home. The quality "class" of members at this is very poor. The sauna is a nightmare with some people playing loud music, lying down, singing, dancing and doing calisthenics. They should install plastic seats in there like other locations have. This would minimize how much time these people would spend in there. I usually go to another location where I can enjoy the facilities peacefully. Plus the other locations are 24/7, but not here. read more

We sat there for 15 minutes with no update, while multiple employees sat at their desks doing nothing. went in to try it out and was told my zip code did not qualify me for a 7 day trial. as such, I had to buy the day pass however, the general manager told me if I bought a pre workout I would be able to go in and check it out. a blunt rug pul scam and honestly, unless this is addresses , I will never go back to this type of environment where customers are so easily misled. I joined this gym when it was still Texans Fit, and it was a refreshing change from my previous experience at other commercial gyms (e.g., 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, etc). I loved coming to this gym, and would get excited to workout here everyday. However, since EoS took over, it has declined so precipitously both in quality and value that now I dread working out. Texans Fit rarely had wait times; a member could walk in anytime during business hours and was able to use the machine they wanted (or a reasonable alternative). Now it's so insanely overcrowded that going anytime after noon means I have to build in at least an extra 25 - 30 minutes just to stand around and wait for SOMETHING to open up. All of this, and you have to constantly doge and swerve around people lugging enough film equipment to make Michael Bay proud so they can record "IG Fitness Content." The limited weekend hours are ridiculous, and regardless of the time or day, it's always packed. Parking, when you can find it, is usually two parking lots away from the actual gym. What used to be an uninterrupted lifting session now is a constant battle with interruptions by impatient members asking how many sets you have left - EVERY SINGLE LIFT. Once, someone asked me how many sets I was GOING to do as I got to a machine, and then tried to get me to let him go first because he was planning on doing ONE set less than me. EoS is more expensive than other gyms of its (newly decreased) quality, yet it fails to deliver what made Texans Fit worth the extra cost. I would cancel IMMEDIATELY if there were a better alternative nearby. If you want a gym membership, just so you can say you have one, but that you can't actually use, and you don't mind spending $80+/month, then this is the gym for you... read more

Far way better gym than my previous gym, always kept well clean , excess weights , plenty of machines and squat racks , bench press etc. Staff is always polite & welcoming as well for helpful. I say a good bit of everything for the price i pay. I signed up a year ago & it's worth the $28 monthly payment . I always recommend this gym to my friends. Only downside right now is the parking but there's more parking across the street to fix that minor issue. read more

On Cypress TX location I was mistreated by the employees working suscriptions along with the 'General Manager'. Waiting time was over 25min eventhough I had an appointment. There were 6 employees, only one of them working, she was kind and proffessional, all others wasting time doing nothing. Before even opening and what a nice welcome from this business. Don't sign up for personal training as they will never let you cancel. Trainers are fine, but their management is difficult to work with.

This place was absolutely terrible! I was there to try it out and left after 10 mins. This is just another LA fitness with a different name. Hey EOS here's a piece of advice. You have plenty of room to add in some lifting platforms so when the racks are all being used people can at least do some deadlifts. Maybe also add some heavier and dumbbells and make it a REAL gym. read more

EOS Fitness in Rosenberg is no longer a safe place to go. Lauren is the rudest woman I've ever talked to.The environment is no longer family friendly. It feels like a ghetto and sometimes smells that way. The toilets are broken half the time along with other equipment. The sauna was broken for 3 weeks and no one would keep us posted about when repairs would be complete. They have a pool but no classes and we have a large elderly community- the last manager was better than Lauren-she didn't do much, but nothing was broken with her as manager. Brandon had everything working when he managed the gym- he was on top of everything. The manager now has no clue what's going on and could care less about customer service- she literally has no people skills. There's men that dress up like women now in the dressing room, and it's a completely different culture. Don't sign up for this gym- it's cheaper to sign up for a reason. read more

When signing your contract to get your membership they don't let you know about the hidden annual fees that they charge you upon signing up, and now your forced to pay damn near $100 for one month. and if you want to cancel your membership because you was not excepting to pay that much, they will cancel your membership but you MUST pay that fee before leaving. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I HOPE this gym gets shut down and no one should ever sign a membership this gym!! Not only are they scammers, but they also don't keep there gym not as clean as they say. weights are always all over the place and things be everywhere. Not sure about the other reviews, but I've been coming to this gym for 2 months now and I go almost everyday. I genuinely love it, I feel excited when i'm about to go, motivated and overall it's a nice place to be for a few hours. The staff is always friendly and while some may be young and inexperienced, it doesn't effect my opinion or satisfaction of the gym overall. The equipment works perfectly and I enjoy the extras like the sauna and steam room. Overall I would recommend this gym. read more

Everything is nice and new. I will say that, but it isn't taken care of and won't last. Nobody racks their weight like at all, and they don't have anyone working on the floor to keep things organized. Also, they allow people to leave their gym bags on the floor of the gym, easily tripping people. Clients will park their bags by a machine and go off and use another so the bag will save their place. On top of that, it's crowded all the time, so you will never get a quick workout in. There are also a lot of influencers and people trying to be influencers. I really hope they work this out bc it would be a nice gym if they did. read more

I wanted to love this gym and signed up for a black membership after I went with my daughter boyfriend. After several running injuries I opted to work out with him for the next several months, which normally I see throughout the gym on a daily basis. Nelson one of the employees walked over to us and started very rudely insinuating that he was my personal trainer which does not make sense to me. How can you discern that information by just watching two people. I believe my age pushed Nelson to come over and inquire and act as if he was the sole owner of the gym. Inappropriate and very unprofessional in my opinion. I will not be returning. read more
