The last 4 times or so that I have been here over a year and a half I asked for a manual tire shine, but all 4 times they failed to deliver on their end. It is a service that they offer as part of the ultimate wash if requested. It's not like I went when it was peak busy hours. I usually go on weekdays around 11 am when it is not busy. No one seems to go above and beyond. I find the value in going and getting a car wash here has decreased and may find business elsewhere if lackluster service continues.

It honestly felt like they rushed through the job or skipped steps completely. If you're charging for a premium "Ultimate" package, the car should come back spotless and properly detailed, but that definitely wasn't the case here. I expected professional work and attention to detail, but unfortunately the result didn't reflect that. When he took my credit card to swipe, he couldn't explain (nor could a sales rep from Flagship that I later called) how my information would be stored or protected. At the entrance of the car wash, only half my car was pre-sprayed, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that's just how it's done. There was nobody available once inside for questions afterward. Not only was my driver's mat still dirty, but the finishing crew also almost missed wiping and shining the tires until I pointed it out before I drove away. It made me wonder if they knew what level of service I had just paid for. At home, I found bird waste still on the hood along with some new scratches that I was fortunate to be able to buff out. For $36, the 'Ultimate Wash' fell far short of my expectations. Incidentally, I waited 22 years before I finally decided to buy another vehicle. So, next time, I'll be careful to go elsewhere for better service.

Ymmv, but it usually bothers me that they hire a guy to read me through a completely automated process, reading me the choices, making my selections, and even swiping my card in the reader. I asked him if his sole job was to hold the hand of every mature adult with a college degree; he said that's what he's paid for. In effect, another living wage for doing nothing. I could tell the conveyor belt was faster than usual, and the results reflected it. My car was not completely dried, the inside glass was streaked, the outside glass was spotted, and in general a rather poor job. Seriously thought about going through the line again to make sure they did it right the second time, but my time is valuable and i had things to do.
