Sometimes businesses with high Yelp ratings disappoint, leading one to hypothesize that they must've paid some "reputation management" outfit to inflate their numbers through the use of shill reviews by AI-generated sock-puppet accounts. (Yelp tries to combat that but there's only so much they can do given today's scale of shady internet shenanigans.) Well this is one place that totally does deserve all its glowing feedback! This place turns out to be an owner-operated business, and I dealt directly with the owner who was a both very knowledgeable and relatable young man, I'm guessing in his mid 30s tops. The other two employees I interacted with were similarly very pleasant and helpful folks...none of the gruff or sullen vibes you often encounter from service workers in this region. When I told them that I would be going out of town in a few days, they expedited the work so that my car would be ready just in time---and most impressively, they kept me updated on its status (via both text messaging and email) nearly every day until I came back to pick it up! Not only was the work done flawlessly making the car look brand new, but they even gave it a free car wash AND full interior detailing! (It had been covered in road salt/grime from a recent snowstorm and I had not vacuumed the inside for almost a year, lol---so they got their money's worth from whatever car wash place they must've taken it to, lol.) I only wish EVERY business could be as damn near perfect as these folks, let alone car-related businesses! tl;dr they broke my brake light while completing work on a different part but are blaming it on me…read more Took my car here for the state inspection where they said I needed to replace the center taillight due to condensation building up in it (which they outlined in the paperwork). I had to pick up my car to go to work without the work completed because they were taking so long. When I went in to pick up my car I saw they had tried to replace the top brake light and broke it. When I confronted them, they said that it had always been broken and that's what failed the inspection. Once I pointed out the obvious lie in the paperwork they changed their story and said that they missed the broken brake light and that I would need to get it fixed by the next inspection and still need to replace the center taillight. So now I'm out about $1000 for a broken brake light they broke and are refusing to own up to.

My friend has been using David and his crew for years and recommended to bring my daughters European vehicle here. oh by the way they specialize in Mercedes BMW Porsche Audi like German vehicles all the European units. Anyway, to make a long story short day, accepted my daughter's vehicle and gave her an appointment within three days of me speaking to them on the phone. I brought my daughters vehicle. They did an appraisal on it and gave me a written estimate for the work that had to be done. This was a special case I'm not sure if they charge everyone for an estimate but my daughter brought it to a bad shop so her timing belt was fixed in incorrectly so they had to investigate before doing any work open up the compartment and check everything out.. They were extremely fair with the pricing. I believe I got an honest estimate and they went ahead and sent it to me via email and I approved it through the electronic system. it took approximately five days for them to complete the job. They needed special parts and special tools. the whole time I was kept up-to-date. Everything was definitely handled professionally. After three days, they asked me if I wanted a loaner car, this was the only negative kind of a hilarious part of my transaction with them. I went to pick up the loaner vehicle and I'm not sure what possessed me to take a peek around around the whole vehicle. I noticed that the inspection sticker was out of date so even though they offered to let me use a car for free at that point just left it there and went home. a couple days later my daughter was finished she went. They accept all sorts of payments cash payment I believe and credit cards. Her bill was extremely reasonable for the inspection and the work that had to be done. I would 100% to David and his crew. I believe they're hard-working and the shop is clean and presentable. I would bring an $80-$100 K car here for them to work on it no problem.
