My car wheels started making weird noises after I got into an accident and needed to make a cross-country move. Fran identified the issue and fixed it. He was also willing to honestly educate me and explain the issue without acting like a shady businessman that lies by omission. My car has not had issues for the past several months thanks to Fran's diagnosis and the work of his employees. His son called my cell phone number multiple times to tell me that my car was fixed and hung up immediately before I could ask questions to verify. I traveled twice only to find out that the son mistook someone else's car for mine just because it was the same make and color as mine.
