I purchased a Jeffsy Core 2 just a couple of weeks ago, and while waiting for delivery, the price dropped by $1,000. Naturally, I reached out right away to ask if they would honor the new price or allow me to return and repurchase at the lower price. No one answered. Their phone line is essentially useless it only plays an automated message saying they're too busy, which makes it feel like a fake number. I emailed customer service twice, filled out their online form, and it's been over a week with zero response. Meanwhile, the price has since gone back up, which makes me think someone did see my messages and chose to ignore them. This bike was meant to be a gift for my husband, and I'm beyond disappointed not just with the situation, but with the complete lack of communication. At this point, we don't even want the bike anymore. I'm currently waiting for return instructions so I can send it back. I run an online business myself, and I would never let a customer wait more than 48 hours without a reply. If you're considering investing in a quality bike and expect actual customer service, do yourself a favor look elsewhere. I recently took the Park Tool class with Cory, and now I have a better understanding of what a bike mechanic legend is. His extensive bicycle knowledge was very apparent as soon as I saw him tinkering with bikes or my bike for that matter. I am extremely grateful that I didn't procrastinate or pass on taking the course. It was a fantastic experience and I was able to swap and upgrade parts on my bike "myself"--with Cory's support. I am honored I was able to do this with assistance from Cory. Since then, I have decided that, as long as circumstances allow, I will always take my bikes to their shop for servicing.
