Matt was great and easy to work with and fair. We set up an appt online. When he was running a few minutes late, he texted me right away and let me know his ETA. I needed a hydraulic disk brake repaired and thought maybe a tuneup, but that part turned out to be unnecessary. He came out and was very professional, set up in my garage, and went to work. He didn't try to upsell me on a tune up or anything, and even though the job took a bit longer than he expected, charged the fee he had quoted which was fair for nearly an hour of work. Matt came to our house to fix 2 brand new electric bikes we had purchased for our boys. The back tires would not stay inflated and needed new tubes. Matt came on time and prepared. He also added some green slime that I had purchased to help reduce the chances of the tires going flat in the near future! Easy to set up an appointment online. Upfront pricing for most repairs on the website which is really nice, lot of other places don't. Contact with updated ETAs on the day of the repair. Once there Matt quickly found the issue and didn't upsell anything else beyond that issue.. We had the rear brakes of an electric bike replaced. Fast quality repair. Usually there is a fee for coming up to our location but he'd forgotten to mention it. Most would have tried to still get the fee but not Matt. Took full responsibility. The brakes were shot and the metal round thingy (cassette maybe?) on the bike was cracked, and he had all the necessary parts and repaired it all. So much more convenient than putting the bike rack on the back of my car, which isn't even suggested for ebikes, so when I do use it, I'm so paranoid it's going to fall off, lol.
