    Designed flaw. Be careful out there those ride YT that have the same suspension as my decoy. YT should have address this issue.

    Love my Decoy but Im concerned that there is a design flaw that brought my attention to a safety concern that might cause serious injury. Spoke with a tech in YT and he feels like it's not a concern or a designed flaw. You may want to consider this issue b4 you purchase YT. Bottom linkage mount may crack due to some debris may wedge on the suspension linkage. See pictures below.

    My decoy with new motor !! 0 mile !!

    My motor on my decoy failed on 5/5 and took it to YT Mill San Clemente right away , they filed warranty with Shimano the next day and got approved 2 days later. long story short, new motor came in about 5 days later and the workshop crew swapped the new motor for me in 1 day !!! super shout out to the customer service team and the workshop crew !! I got my bike back in 12 days since the day I dropped off and I am now back on the trail shredding !!! YT is awesome !! not only they offer affordable and reasonable pricing and they have the BEST customer service EVER !!!!!!! Thats why we only ride YT bikes now and will continue to buy more from YT ! Thank you guys !

    I was run over by a FedEx truck and needed a new bike asap. I went by YT a couple days in a row to take advantage of their free demo rides, and ended up falling in love with a bike. The staff is cool and knowledgeable. The showroom is awesome, and they are located right on some of my favorite SoCal MTB trails. And if that's not enough, they have water, soda, and beer on tap. Since my purchase, I have been back a few times just to get help with fine tuning my bike. It was great right out of the box, but now it is really becoming a part of me when I ride it.

    Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do not buy a YT unless you want to spend months fighting with them about a warranty issue. I bought the Decoy Core 4 in June of 2024. Within the first few rides the fork stopped returning from the bottom of the travel. I started a warranty claim and agreed to bring it to the San Clemente Mill for service. The Mill is about an hour and fifteen minute drive from where I live. After weeks in the shop, I was finally told it was ready (when I called them to check the status). Within ten minutes of my first ride, the fork had the same issue. I took it back into the shop and left it for repair again. I picked it up the second time after repair and again, within ten minutes of my first ride, the fork got stuck in the bottom of its travel. I took it back to the Mill a third time. After almost a month, they called and said it was repaired and ready for pick up. This time I was able to get in four rides before the fork got stuck in the bottom of its travel again. At this point, I was pretty upset. I had driven almost 600 miles to the Mill and back and wasted a ton of my time. The fork failed the same way after four separate repairs. I reached out to the person in the warranty department I had been working with and asked them for a different solution to my problem as it was obvious to me that it would be impossible to fix this fork, and I was now concerned with my safety. I suggested replacing the suspension to a different brand, an upgrade to the Core 5 for my troubles, or a complete refund. None of those options were acceptable to them. I was only offered another repair if I drove all the way up to the Mill again. I asked to speak to their manager and the most they offered me was a new fork from the same manufacturer. After two more weeks, I reached out to the warranty department again. This time I was told that the fork was on backorder from the manufacturer, and it would be better if I reached out to them myself. This bike has been broken since day seven. Almost three months later, and I'm still trying to get it fixed. YTs unwillingness to do anything but the bare minimum to resolve this issue is beyond me.

    YT mill is a wholesale high end mountain bike showroom where you can see YT's latest bikes . I was able to demo ride their Jeffsy all mountain bike and it is an outstanding ride. You should make reservations in advance as they have limited inventory at this time. Their staff was fantastic, had my bike ready, quickly put my pedals on, and made sure the bike was properly set up. Everything was easy. They also have a fantastic looking showroom with all their latest bikes.

    For being an online bike retailer, YT Industries has blown away my expectations. From my initial purchase to current ownership of my Jeffsy, they have always responded within hours or instantly with all my email inquiries. I received my bike in early 2019 with a damaged rear derailleur due to shipping and they sent out an upgraded derailleur via next day air! They have created a customer for life and I will definitely be purchasing my future bikes from YT in the future!!! #liveuncaged

    Great demo today with Hunter. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the bikes. I wanted to try out the new decoy core 4 bike. It's a dream bike with all the high performance accessories.

    I went to the YT Mill to demo a bike I was considering. The employees were super nice, and the showroom was amazing. I went with my parents and they even set up the suspension for all of us. The demo was completely free and for 2 hours. I definitely recommend checking out the YT Mill.

    Disappointing support from MURF Electric Bikes…read more I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience regarding a premature battery failure on my MURF Electric Bikes e-bike. The bike has only 800 total miles on it and is just 3 months past the standard warranty expiration. For a component as critical and expensive as an e-bike battery, failing after only 800 miles points to a clear manufacturing defect or a faulty Battery Management System (BMS). When the battery stopped working, I took it to an independent local bike shop and spent $50 out of pocket to have it professionally diagnosed. Their conclusion was clear: the battery itself was defective, and my best bet was to take it directly back to the manufacturer, MURF Electric Bikes, at their San Clemente showroom where I originally purchased it. When I reached out to MURF Electric Bikes support, the initial response was highly disappointing. Adhering strictly to the calendar date rather than the incredibly low mileage, they initially only offered a 25% discount on a brand-new replacement battery. After a great deal of back-and-forth and pushback on my part regarding reasonable product lifespan expectations, they finally adjusted their offer to $550 plus tax for a replacement. While I appreciate that they eventually moved on the price, requiring a customer to spend over $550 out of pocket to fix a premium e-bike with only 800 miles on the odometer is unacceptable. A quality lithium-ion battery should easily last several thousand miles. Prospective buyers looking into MURF Electric Bikes should be aware that if a major component fails shortly after the warranty date--even with very minimal use--you may be left holding a significant bill for a replacement.

Then he would not return my 2 texts nor 2 phone messages and a written letter asking him what was going on with my trike and refused to answer the phone when I called him during business hours. Save your money and possibly your own life by getting service done elsewhere. Danny, your response is another set of lies. You sabotaged my etrike in April 2024 . Your " service" that you charged me over $100 for in April 2024 could not have been done at all since the brake pads were the original pads both front and rear and worn and never replaced during ANY service you charged me for and the chain was not even oiled by YOU ever. The only Pedago store I have ever been to for service is yours in Dana Point, so stop trying to damage other Pedago dealers with your vindictive,irresponsible actions. The fact that in court you falsely claimed I rode the trike too hard is PATHETIC. I have 3 herniated discs , ride slowly on the sidewalk to avoid any jiggling and take care of all of my means of transportation . I have a 2023 Tacoma that looks like new and I used to have a Pedago e-trike that looked like new until you damaged it as "payback" for leaving an honest review about the lack of power your e-trikes have.

I brought back the bike to your business that I bought from you. Unfortunately the folks at Wheelwold bicycles in Santa Monica don't communicate well as John told be they would hold the bike for me to pickup the next day (same as what you sold me) and I could get it the next day. Which I planned on doing Until they sold it after I returned the bike I bought from you. Even with the outrageous LA county tax the bike OTD was $3946.23 Jim, I'm retired and was looking for the best deal on the bike that I still consider one of the best out there.
