I did stop by once a couple of months back, and the experience was quite similar, so I decided to purchase online instead. This time, I was slapped again with such poor and rude customer service. I was checked in by Sean Chin, who came out with a huge smile, and once I said, "Oh, I know what I want. I would just like a Sweet Alhambra pendant," he automatically changed his welcoming attitude into absolutely ignoring my existence and doing the bare minimum. Yes, this pendant is just over $2,000, but I have spent way more with VC, and the fact that he is treating customers differently just because of the price mark, which, to be honest, is not a small price tag (especially if you're a girl boss treating yourself or your loved ones with your hard-earned money ;) ) shows that they are trained to treat customers differently based on the price tag. In the past, they would take me to a table, place the jewelry out, present different options, and talk about a piece, as honestly, each piece is pure art, but this time he tried showing me the necklace in the middle of the room, no table to place my belongings, literally just standing in the middle of the store with him holding the necklace in his hand, until I asked where can I place my water and bag... Such a shame that this poorly trained customer service is running such a beautiful name. VC really should consider investing in training. I definitely won't be trying this location for the third time and rather purchase online myself or drive to the Costa Mesa location.

Two days before Christmas they canceled my order with no explanation. Very 2020. So, in a bit of a panic, I went on a hunt for a replacement and Anne Sisteron was able to get me two rings in a similar (and better) design next day for curb side covid safe pickup. (A quick note: I messaged AS after 5pm on Dec 22rd not expecting a response, but Brooke was able to chat with me about what was in stock and set up a call for me and Jennifer first thing in the morning!) We had just found out we're having a baby girl, so the XX idea was really important for me to pull off.... AS made it happen in the zero hour. I love pavé set diamonds as my personal style and that is her specialty! I saw the Scythe bracelet on social media somewhere and had to have it. It wasn't currently on the website so I reached out to them via email and was set up with the e-commerce manager, Brooke. She sent me the info and I was able to put in an order for a custom piece, ready in 4-6 weeks. Approximately 4 weeks later it was shipped to me via Fed-Ex signature two-day delivery. It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided. Unfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them. Brooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! It's beautiful. I love it. It's a stunner and matches well with another fine jewelry piece I have from Tiffany and Co. This is going to be one of my go-to shops for sure. Excellent customer service, ownership and accountability, great communication, and beautiful diamond pieces! They also recently launched a loyalty program with specials and gifts for members! I'm located out of state but will make sure to visit the storefront when I am next in California.
