They were simply cubed potatoes with no seasoning, peppers or onions--just bland and barely browned, as the pictures show. The eggs were decent, as you can't go wrong there, and the bacon was good. However, the sausage was unexpected; it was regular Italian sausage offered in hot or sweet, which felt out of place for a breakfast spot. When you order eggs with sausage you expect breakfast sausage especially on a Sunday morning at 10:45 am! My biggest concern was the wait time. Despite the busy atmosphere, it took nearly an hour and a half for our meals to arrive. That's quite unacceptable for a small establishment unless there's a valid reason. After reading several other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue. Unfortunately, I don't plan on returning. The two stars are for the large pancake and the friendly waitress. By the way, CASH ONLY!!

I was very excited about the pastry case at first since everything in there looked fresh and home made, but when I was trying to decide what to get "to go", like one of their muffins, I saw flies buzzing around and landing on the items. No thank you. I know flies are around in the summer, but the pastry case should be shielded from bugs at all times. I think if I were in the area I may give this place another chance since I liked other things about it like the atmosphere and the fact that it did look like a local family favorite.

Now I never realized this until telling my sister I stopped but they don't automatically add cheese in most of their dishes so if you like cheese just remember to ask them. The location is off the beaten path so if you're not looking it may be missed, it is located inside the Petro Truck Stop in Dupont. The prices look average, a definite recommend. My friend and I was kicked out for being Democrats. Kind of odd how Elaine was talking to her friends and didn't mention anything political until my friend and I quietly talked about our own views. Seems like Elaine was eavesdropping on us first because after my friend and I had our small conversation, that's when Elaine and her friends started talking about political stuff , to my guessing to agitate us. Elaine handled the situation VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY, RUDE and CHILDISH. Lets not forget that Elaine is spilling lies, We were kicked out with no option to stay. Seems like someone can't take criticism, straight up facts or else you get called disgruntled for your opinion. Would give 0 stars if possible.
