Ugh I hate doing this and I really want to like this place. This location is convenient for me, but I almost would rather travel further to receive better service for the price I paid. The ambience was amazing; clean, inviting and the music was great. In addition, for a Friday, it felt like a slow day. The nail techs were polite, but you can tell that they are there to do a job and there's a disconnect on understanding service and why people choose to pay the premium; for the experience. I requested a builder gel fill, easy design and a pedicure w/ gel. They asked if I wanted to get it done at the same time or separate, I always er on the side of whatever is easier for them so their decision was to do it at the same time. The nail tech doing my pedicure was very detailed and took her time, even went above and was starting to give me an amazing foot massage during the sugar scrub- which is one of the main reasons I go; some pampering. However the massage was rocking the chair a bit so the nail tech doing my manicure kept asking her to stop.. the rest of the experience began to felt rushed. My nail tech was filing/shaping and I understand she wanted to do a good job, but at this point I would rather have them perform each service separately so I can enjoy it rather than feeling like a burden. When the pedicure was done, I was asked to move to the other side to finish painting my nails. Again, I appreciate so much how much they care about their work and wanted to do a good job. I asked for an easy design and I can tell it was difficult for my nail tech, she didn't seem 100% confident, but ended up doing a nice job. It just took her longer than expected (she expressed that to her co worker) and so in the end she charged me more for the time. All in all, I paid $160 + tip. $90 for the fill & design, $70 for the pedicure.. Very nice people, very nice place, but service needs improvement for the price. I may give this place another chance if I'm in a pinch, but maybe for something really basic next time. read more

It's a very beautiful nail salon, but when I make an appointment I don't expect to wait 30mins after my appointment time. After that I waited again for someone to start my appointment. No drink was offered just people walking by. Once someone came to start my nails there weren't any pleasantries or asking me about my nails. The clean up was quick and the acrylic was lazy. As you can see my thumb was built poorly. I have bumps because the second person that did my color was rushing since it looked like they might be behind on appointments. I went in with my 10 year old grand daughter for pedicures and the multiple large screen TVs in the salon were playing some music video station where most of the music videos were pornographic. They showed artists gyrating in barely clothed, obvious sex acts. This was not just one, but MULTIPLE videos. I finally got so uncomfortable with my 10 year old seeing that; that I asked them to please change the station. They would not. The nail technicians have always been nice to me and I love their work. I took a Star away because once I got someone who was very rough and she ended up f* my cuticles up but now I know who I can and can't go work with. My favorite part is the bar though. It's fun to get pampered while sipping on a mimosa. We started with a pedicure, which was absolutely amazing. The lady was so nice. I got the organic one which was pretty pricey already, but it was worth it. The lady was very attentive when the towels were too hot so she cooled them off before putting them on my legs, got rid of my calluses on my feet and made my toe nails look super cute. I have to say she gave me a 5 star pedicure. That's why this second part sucks so much. When my friend and I got our manicure done, we waited 20 minutes before they got started on them. The lady barely said anything to me. It was a different person than the pedicure lady. They didn't wear name tags so that was really confusing. We both got full sets of acrylics I got cat eye, which was super cute so I thought. Anyway, she applied the fake nails, and since they were offset a little bit, she started buffing extremely hard with this square buffer that I heard you're only supposed to use on the acrylics nails not on my nail bed/cuticles. I don't know what she was trying to get at, but she was literally trying to get rid of my nails on the side so that it would hide behind the acrylics. She was going so hard that I started bleeding and exposed my nail bed. I told her that she was being aggressive and she got upset and traded out with another guy who finished up painting them. The whole point is it felt like torture. My fingers were throbbing for two days. I highly recommend the pedicure, but not the manicure with them which was super expensive as well. The only reason why I tipped was for the pedicure. I wanted to give this place five stars, but the attitude problem from the manicurist and the fact that she didn't take any care towards my sensitive fingers is why this gets three. read more

I'm honestly beyond disappointed with my experience here. I came in, paid $85 for a full set, and tipped $10 on top of that because I thought everything looked great when I left. But just two days later, the nails started lifting. Not just one nail--multiple. I was leaving for a trip and couldn't come back immediately, but I made sure to come in one week later to have them fixed. When I explained the situation, the nail tech looked at my hands laughed and immediately said, "There's no way these nails are a week old." I told her multiple times the exact date I got them done and even offered to give her my phone number so she could pull it up in their system and verify it--but she just didn't care. She dismissed everything I said like it was nothing. Instead of trying to make it right or even acknowledging that the work didn't hold up, she kept saying it wasn't her problem and that if I wanted them redone, I'd have to pay again. No accountability, no apology, and absolutely no customer service. To make things worse, she even charged me to remove the few nails I had left that hadn't completely lifted yet. Didn't soak them or anything just started cutting them and basically ripping them off I could've done that myself if I'd known. I ended up leaving with nothing but frustration and wasted money. For a service that cost nearly $100 with tip, I expected way better treatment--not just in terms of quality, but in how customers are spoken to and handled when something goes wrong. The complete lack of professionalism and care was unbelievable. I've gone a here a couple times, and bad experience. TERRIBLE customer service. 1st time: nails looked great.. TWO days later, nails lifting and chipping.. went to get them redone, and they fixed it and made them VERYYY thick. 2nd time: I came in with builder gel on my nails, nude base that matches my natural nails. I wanted to do a French tip, she said I can leave my builder gel on but was telling me that I can't do certain colors because it will show my previous color, after going back and fourth with her telling me I can't do it because it will look really bad, I did it anyway, and then she was telling me "see it looks good" when few minutes before she was convincing me not to do and and how bad it'll look... not worth the stress. Also I got pearl which they charge $10 extra for and it's chipping after 2 days. My sister also got the same exact thing, all her nails are lifting. 7/10 of her nails came off after 5 days, we were on a trip and came back 1 week later and they said they can't do anything about it because they don't have proof (even though she put her phone# in) AND on top of that they charged her for removal. My experience was overall mediocre at the spa, however when I asked for a design and showed them a picture the lady working simply said "too expensive" and didn't even tell me the price. In the end I just wanted to leave so I asked for gel with a glitter topper. My nails didn't look bad at first glance, but the more I looked the worse they got. They looked grown out, my nails were filled at different lengths and the glitter was applied uneven. Two weeks after the gel polish was already coming up by my cuticles. I picked at the polish and got a whiff of mold. I decided to take off my gel and there was a bit of mold growing under the tip of my polish. I am appalled at the way they took advantage of my intellectually disabled daughter when I took her in for a regular manicure. The nail technician came out and I told her my daughter wanted a regular manicure. She told me to pick out her color using the gel nail samples and I told her we didn't want gel nails. She said to go ahead and pick the color and she would match it with the regular nail polish. We picked the colors and she took my daughter to the back to give her a regular manicure. Unbeknownst to me she asked my intellectually disabled daughter if she wanted gel nails. My daughter not understanding what she was asking said yes. I did not know until I went to pay for a regular manicure and the price was almost double so I questioned why. I was told she had a gel manicure. I told them that I explicitly requested a regular manicure because we did not want to deal with the maintenance of a gel manicure. I told them I didn't think it was right to charge for something we did not request. They argued with me and then said they were taking her back to soak off the gel nails and apply regular nail polish. I had to go get her from her seat where the technician was about to use the buffer/grinding machine on her to remove the gel nails. There was no way I would subject a special needs person to that treatment so I grabbed my daughter by the hand and paid for the gel manicure. My daughter was a little traumatized by the ordeal. I will never go back to this place that took advantage of a special needs person even after I explained that to them. I used to love this place... but it's time I find a new nail salon. I moved a few cities over and drove out to this salon to get a full set. It was New Year's Eve so I was expecting a wait but there was only one lady waiting before me and a couple people in the chairs getting worked on. They told me to sit, I waited about 30 minutes and then was moved to a chair. 3 women came in after me and they were all seated in the chairs at the same time. I waited in the chair for another 20 minutes before the hostess came over and let me know that they only had one lady that does acrylics and I would need to get a dip set if I wanted to get a full set? I was a little confused because I thought acrylics were a pretty standard nail salon thing but anyways I agreed. Someone finally came over and used the nail buffer to start the process of taking my shellac off but then moved to a different lady? I sat there for another 20 minutes a bit confused.. now all three of the women that came in after me were getting their nails done, one of them almost halfway through the process. I finally told the hostess when she came over that I just wanted the rest of my polish removed and to leave. Someone came over and very half assedly took off my polish and just walked away.
