I recently completed the first stage of my dental implant treatment with Dr. Choi, and I could not be happier with the experience. After the procedure, Dr. Choi took an X-ray and personally showed me exactly where the implant was placed. She carefully explained the results and what the next steps would be. Her knowledge, confidence, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. What impressed me the most was how comfortable I felt afterward. I had very little pain, no significant bleeding, and was able to return to my normal daily activities right away. Even though I am not an expert at reading X-rays, I could clearly see how precisely and straight the implant was positioned between my teeth. It gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of her work. I honestly cannot wait to see the final result. Because of my experience, my mother-in-law is also planning to come to Dr. Choi for her implant treatment. One thing I do not understand is why this office does not advertise more on social media. When I asked the staff, they explained that Dr. Choi prefers to focus on taking care of her patients and their families rather than aggressively marketing the practice. Many patients have been returning to her for years and even bring their children and grandchildren. The office may not have a flashy interior or the latest self-check-in technology, but what matters most is the quality of care. My personal opinion, this place lacks understanding how modern transfer of large volume of digital information is done. A link to one of the national well known cloud storage service (sync.com) was given to them to download the files of a CT scan of a jaw. They had no clue neither about the cloud storage services, nor what these files were about and what to do with them. Staff seemed to not know the difference between X-ray and dental CT scan. They seemed not to have a program for viewing and manipulating CT scan slices, and they seemed not to understand that one of such programs, along with the study files, was already on the optical disc that was also handed to them. Besides the technical aspects, I think, they tend to employ "bait and switch", and they like to force more dental services on you. I observed that the fixed appointment for tooth extraction, for which the price was announced well in advance (dental CT scan report and a digital X-ray, supporting tooth extraction were provided before that), turned into the ultimatum to do a bone graft with the extraction. The paperwork that they want you to sign has a clause that you authorize to "extract tooth_________ and all other teeth...". Why one would want to authorize some dentist extraction of "all other teeth..." before even stepping in beyond the front counter? Then there is the issue of attitude here. As I attended here my close relative, who came for tooth extraction, before leaving, I attempted to calmly point to them the deficiencies that I had observed while sitting and listening. I said "This is how I see things. First you clearly lack technical skills... At this moment I was forcefully interrupted by a skinny middle age woman behind the front counter, who momentarily turned angry and broke into a laud tirade about how she has been "in this business for 17 years". There was no logic or reasoning, she just was plain angry. I simply shrugged my shoulders, wondering about how a dental office with such attitude could stay in business... read more

On January 18th of 2018 I decided to get the braces as one of my bucket list to get the beautiful smile. Finally on 6.11.2020 my wish came true!!!!!!! Now I can smile without stressing out... I don't have to worry about spitting when I talk.. or be conscious of my split cricket teeth anymore.. I can finally smile with confidence now... and no more twisting pain. Thank you Dentist Choi!! Wall fully covered with her rewards certificates showing that she is taking her professionalism and the business very serious. Also, this facility is full with most latest high tech equipments . They also have the device for vacuuming the droplets from air to filter out cleaner and disinfected place in react of covid as safety measure. I cant wait to get the next things done step by step... "Esarang" as this means "love teeth" actually helped me gain confident smile and healthier teeth to help me love and take care of my teeth. She is very talented and the facility is very nice but she needs to be more of a dentist than a salesperson. She claims i need a root canal for everything. I went in wanting a biopsy in part of my gum but ended up with a deep cleaning and a root canal treatment. My concerns were not what she was concerned with. I was told i needed 3 more root canals totaling about additional 6k. I went and sought a second opinion from a near by dentist he said it was not necessary, it has been over three years and the root canals are sill not necessary. She is a nice doctor but needs some more work on the diagnosis and care less about money. read more

Got my braces done here and have been coming here for my dental needs since. Dr. Choi is awesome and very sweet, and you can never doubt she knows what she's talking about. Really like how they've approached Covid as well. They've recently picked up a new machine to capture any free particles that leave the mouth in order to combat Covid. I had a crown and root canal done back in July 2018. After all the treatment was done, they did free check up with some 360 degree hightech x-ray ??? machine. Dr. Choi showed me a film and pointed out where the inflammation was. She told me that more treatments were required, 3 more crowns. REALLY????? I doubted it, because there was no symptoms at all. So I decided to go for second opinions from a Vietnamese dentist in Westminster and a Korean dentist in diamond bar. They did not find anything after all that X-rays. But 2 weeks later, it started aching like hxxx. I ended up with 3 implants and 3 crowns, because I did not listen to her. read more

I think the doctor already knows I hate the dentist but she tries to get me in and out as fast as possible. I came here because of my sister a couple of years ago and have been also referring friends and family. Ive had extractions, root canals, fills, cleanings and implants and dont think id continue coming here if i didn't trust the doctor. I truly believe she knows what she is doing. Looking for a great dentist? I highly recommend this place. Dr. Choi is seriously the best. I don't mind the dentist at all at all but when it come to wisdom teeth extractions I get really scared. Went in with some discomfort in my wisdom teeth already knowing I needed my wisdom teeth out. I kid you not doctor Choi took them out I'm a matter of 5 minutes. I never had to take a pain killer and i did not get swollen at all at all. I have been a customer at this dentistry for almost 10 years and I just wanted to say I love Dr. Choi and the workers at this place. They provide GREAT service and treatments. I personally recommend Dr. Choi to those who have weak teeth like me because she will work with you no matter how long it takes. I had crooked, weak, and strongly dissatisfied teeth. Although, I did visit other dentists, they have denied to provide treatments or even explain to my mom about the condition of my teeth thoroughly.
