He took the time to explain the entire procedure step-by-step, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and went above and beyond with the cleaning. Very thorough and professional. He also clearly explained after-care instructions (like use salt water to rinse for the first 2 days, no mouthwash unless it's the kind of mouthwash specific for preventing cavities etc.), which I really appreciated. If you're nervous about deep cleaning or just want someone who genuinely cares, ask for Tien. Highly recommend!

The office has been completely turned over--new staff, new doctor, and a completely different (and disappointing) approach to patient care. I arrived for my biannual cleaning only to find out the office had changed hands with zero notice. If you get a text asking to fill out "New Patient Information," be warned: they are treating everyone as a brand-new patient to justify unnecessary procedures. The Red Flags: Redundant X-rays: Even though I had X-rays done just last year, they insisted on taking them again immediately. Unprofessional Environment: The new doctor didn't introduce himself and was wearing a gray sweatshirt instead of scrubs or professional clinical attire. It felt very casual and unorganized. Aggressive Sales Pitch: Instead of focusing on my cleaning, I was bombarded with "treatment plans" and pressured into a consult with their in-house endodontist. It felt more like a sales pitch than a check-up. Rough Procedure: The cleaning itself was a nightmare. The doctor was not gentle--I experienced multiple painful numbing injections for a routine cleaning and significant bleeding. The suction was poorly managed, and the whole experience was worlds away from the care Dr. Sean used to provide. I felt completely blindsided. If you valued the gentle, professional care of the previous practice, you might want to look elsewhere. I will be canceling my follow-up and finding a new dentist who prioritizes patient comfort over upselling.

I was anxious about the procedure since it's basically minor surgery with sutures, bone grafts and whatnot, but he and the rest of his team really put me at ease. He gave me plenty of numbing agent and I didn't really feel anything except my jaws were getting sore from keeping my mouth open lol. Overall I think it took less than 30 minutes for the first procedure. Dr Baek was really professional and kept asking if I was ok. The teeth cleaning was smooth and easy too. The dental hygienist was confident, informative and and also good at communicating. I was very pleased with her work and will schedule a follow up in 6 months. The best thing about the office was the dental assistants and hygienist did a very good job of sucking out excess saliva and liquids during each procedure. As long as I can remember, I always felt like I was choking on my spit at every dentist I've ever been to but this place does a good job of keeping me from gagging. Overall a really great and smooth procedure. The implant procedure will take about 3 months total. I will follow up with more feedback if anything changes. Otherwise I highly recommend this place!
