Buyer Beware: They don't get pre authorization from Delta. Charge you without billing Delta first. They don't send all charges to Delta and expect you to just pay the bill. They charge you a 3% service charge IF you use your credit card. Even though they are a preferred provider, I felt they over charge me and didn't bill delta because they want to make up for the "allowed amounts". The day I received my crowns, I was charge another $175.....Not sure why the charge is for??????? I finally received an invoice from them that I had never seen. My teeth are super sensitive and in painful, but I would not returned to them. I felt scammed! read more

I've only considered this dental practice since my husband had been going here and I switched to his insurance. We moved and live a 45 minute drive away. Upon my first exam, we did the usual radiographs, cleaning, and they even had a 3d ultrasound machine. I noticed the dental assistant missed a section of my mouth when polishing when she took over but she left so fast, I couldn't say anything. The dentist then came in with a thorough explanation of her findings in my radiographs and suggested invisalign right away. My previous dentist did not recommend this in the Years prior and even made good comments on my orthodontist. I remembered a sign in the front for free apple Air pods if you sign up for invisalign, so I was suspicious. I know there would be an incentive for the dentist and insurance if I signed up. I also felt the exam lacked some things such measurement of my sulcus depth. Fast forward to 6 months later. We had made an appointment for another cleaning but asked to be seen back to back (husband and I) due to distance and scheduling. This appointment was made after leaving the previous appointment 6 months ago. I received a phone call asking to move my appointment since they had an opening but expressed I was just about to call and change since my schedule changed and I work. Someone at the front said they would be able to fit me in on a Wednesday. We show up after driving 45 minutes and we're told we are not in the system, but they can see us at 1pm. Our appointment was for 10:30am, so I'd have to wait around several hours in the area just for a cleaning when this appointment was previously confirmed. They even mentioned record of someone calling me on a certain day but no record of scheduling the appointment. They apologized due to miscommunication but nothing really could be done. I do recommend this dental place due to overall service issues medical wise in lack of thoroughness and client services. I will be going back to my previous dentist. read more

Dr Quinn is awesome just had my cleaning done she is very gentle she cares about her patients. The reason why I change my doctor is because I had a very bad experience with my previous doctor I found Dr Quinn with my insurance I did find awesome reviews from her office overall the staff is very welcoming, and they answer all your questions. read more

Found Quinn Dental on Yelp and Google. Came in for cleaning and some pain at one of my molars. Dr. Quinn informed me I had cavities. My last dentist said my teeth were fine even though I told them I had pain. Dr. Quinn removed my cavities and redid my fillings. I had to get numbed up and she was very gentle and put me at ease. About 3 weeks later, I was still feeling pain at my molars. Dr. Quinn's office got me in immediately, identified the problem, and fixed it fast. I didn't have enough experience for a review from my first visit with Dr. Quinn, but after two visits, I can definitely say she really cares about her patients and is a good dentist. I had a very bad toothache for about a week and it got to the point where my jaw was starting to hurt too. It was so bad that it started to wake me up from my sleep. I called the office and explained it over the phone and they had me in asap. Upon entering I was greeted by the friendly staff and they explained to me that I had to do a Covid screening. The office was very nice and clean and it felt homey. After the Covid health and safety measures were taken, I was seated. I met Dr. Quinn and she explained to me what she was checking and that I had a high bite due to a previous restoration (this restoration was done by another dental practice). She was honest and super down to earth and it made me trust her. It was a great decision to trust her because she was able to fix it and the pain went away after a day! When I was visiting you facility I clearly ask the assistance and dr Quinn if this service is cover you both said yes . Why am I getting this? You said my insurance is cover and if it's not you should had gone over the fees with me like my original dentist ( they told me they are out of net work but they still sent to the insurance and insurance send me the estimate bill as well very clean and clear ) before we proceed . Dr. Quinn is an incredibly patient and gentle dentist. You can really tell that she loves what she does. I have a low pain threshold and have anxiety when it comes to dental work. When I am with Dr. Quinn she puts me at ease. Getting injections usually make me cringe, but for some reason I barely feel the injections. Her office staff are wonderful as well. Her dental assistant, Jasmin, is very skilled in her job. I've experienced other techs from my previous dentist who were heavy handed and would hurt me with the suction tubes. I recently became acquainted with Dr. Quinn several weeks ago, thanks to me breaking a tooth (thanks, Ritz crackers). After noting a hunk of bicuspid in a mouthful of cracker one morning, I immediately called the office, where Frances, their awesome receptionist/office manager, was able to book an emergency appointment. I showed up an hour later, where Frances informed me that my usual dentist, Dr. Woolery, had retired, and Dr. Quinn had filled his spot. Letters had gone out informing patients, but I missed it somehow. Whatever...I have a busted grill that needs fixing. Dr. Quinn's assistant Jasmine calls me in, and helps me get settled in before the doctor greets me. Jasmine is great; super friendly and cool, and doesn't flinch when I drool after getting shot full of novocaine, which would otherwise ruin one's street cred. After getting x-rays and fitted with the super absorbent drop cloth and goggles...it's about to get real messy...I meet Dr. Quinn for the first time. I can't say enough great things about her; super friendly, and a great bedside manner that immediately put me at ease. After a quick exam, she utters the most dreaded words a man can hear at 10am, besides "the baby's yours": root canal. While I preferred to put it off a couple days or years, she advised it would be best to start the process immediately, due to the damage and infection. She went over the the procedure, what I should expect, and so on. So after sobbing internally for a few moments, I manned up and said let's do this. Dr. Quinn and Jasmine went to work, and I must say they are a fantastic team. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and amazingly, there was almost no pain during the procedure, which took a couple of visits to complete. Session 1 consisted of drilling out dead material inside of the tooth, and fitting of a temporary crown. Part 2 several days later finished off the root canal, and took measurements for a permanent crown. Today was the last session, where they pulled off the temporary crown and installed a permanent porcelain replacement, which fit perfectly. My smile was restored, down to the glint and *ting* sound that make the ladies swoon. For what can be a stressful ordeal, Dr. Quinn and staff make dental visits pleasant. I'd highly recommend her office for your dental needs. read more

i don't recommend this place if you want to get your wisdom teeth removed or any complex procedure done. the dr left me two sinus perforations and left the entire thing open. airflow coming from my nose into my mouth. my sinus could have been seen from the x-rays, it was sitting super low. none of the potential problems were mentioned to me and a sinus lift could have prevented this however it was not mentioned to me so i was not given a choice. dr is a dentist not an oral surgeon or a maxilofacial surgeon. this place is only for simple procedures. be aware. read more
