There was a miscommunication about one of the services I received. They had three employees get involved just to explain it to me. I felt like I was put on display. They were being really loud about it and making me uncomfortable. I ended up just paying so I wouldn't be embarrassed. The second issue was regarding Venmo. Recently they started accepting Venmo for payment but apparently they no longer are accepting Venmo. This wasn't communicated to me beforehand. The owner told me next time to check with him first. He was polite about it but after the other ordeal it just felt like a frustrating experience. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me afterwards to apologize for how it was handled. I will definitely return despite the pretty high prices here, with a 20% tip it was almost $140 total for a regular gel mani & pedi and my nails were bare, meaning I had nothing on them. Is this normal? I don't do my nails enough to know. Why not 5 stars? The pedicure space here isn't the most comfortable. It isn't the kind of massage chair where you can lean back and relax so it doesn't offer the comfort and relaxation that I've grown to expect while getting a pedicure. Overall good experience. The woman doing my nails was not only rushing through the service, but she was very dismissive. She also has done my hands and feet plenty of times before so she knows what I usually come in for. She wasn't making much of an effort to paint the French on my toes and after I was trying to tell her what I wanted she got frustrated and said she didn't know what I was asking for. Instead of asking a colleague for help, she continued to do a bad job painting the French on my toes. I told her on one toe the French was too thick, she shrugged her shoulder and shoved my foot under the UV light. When it came time to pay, I paid and the woman who's usually upfront asked if I wanted to tip. I told her I've never had a bad experience up until today and that I wasn't happy with my pedicure. She was dismissive, didn't try to resolve the issue and just told me to have a good day. I will never come back to this nail salon or continue to recommend it to anyone else. I attached a photo below. There is no arch in the French, you can tell the lines were drawn on without any care. They're asymmetrical to the rest of the French on my other toes :(

It is located in a downtown area so parking can be a bit trickery. There is some paid meter spots in the area and I was able to park in a little ally way right next to the shop. I am not sure that it was legal, but I was not ticketed. I did not have to wait when I arrived. I was seated right away and the party began. The shop is very clean and the staff is supper friendly. I got the slushy pedicure and it was amazing. It starts off as a regular pedicure, but then the slushy part comes in. They add something to the water to make it look like a slushy. It is warm and feels like you have your feet in mud. It felt really good. After that the tech finished off my feet with a massage, clean and dry. It took about an hour for the whole thing and cost $45, not including the tip. I really enjoyed my experience and everyone should have a slushy pedicure in their lifetime. I highly recommend this place. In addition to the slushy pedicure, they offer full salon services such as manicures, nail painting and nail filling.
