I came here for AYCE sushi and they give you a paper to write down your order. I arrived around 5pm for dinner and it gets packed very quickly especially at night. The raw sushi and cooked rolls were fresh and tasted really good. I was surprised they even had a Shirley Temple, which is a sweet soda‑cherry drink. The food came out hot and fast and the staff were polite and attentive. Overall, it was a really good experience. The wallpaper is nice and vibey with cute lucky cat, sushi art, and cozy warm lights. Perfect NYC sushi spot if you're around the area.

Came here for sushi all you can eat, we definitely didn't get our moneys worth but the quality was very good. The entire restaurant was packed and surprisingly the orders came out extremely quick. The price was a bit higher compared to other sushi places on 86th street. Overall great selection with friendly staff. Comfy booth seatings where you are not on top of each other.

Came on Sunday afternoon and they had a few tables with customers, I suspect they get a little busier for the dinner rush. We were immediately geeeted by a wait staff and seated with the AYCE menu. They get props for playing disney music on their speakers. Basically what you would expect from an AYCE sushi place, except this is one of the few places that have AYCE sashimi. Most places will try to make the sushi pieces extra large with rice to fill you up but not here at E Sushi. The fish was fresh, the service was nice and quick, and the food was yummy. For $35 you can easily eat your money's worth by just ordering sashimi but I think one of the benefits of a buffet is being able to try a little of everything. Would definitely come back when the sushi craving hits again!

I've been here many times through the years after their other location that was located in Flatbush sadly burned down. This spot is great for AYCE sushi, plus extras like appetizers, salad, noodles, rice, even ice cream. They have one price all day, no lunch price for the AYCE, still a great deal. Come with a group. Make sure not to order more than you can finish. They also have a wonderful lunch special. The rolls were always good and fresh when I've gone. I tend to stick with the eel based rolls, they taste the best to me. The spicy tuna/salmon/yellowtail could be more flavorful, but I'm not complaining lol.

I went to E Sushi 2, and honestly, I love this place. It's my go-to spot for sushi in Brooklyn. The all-you-can-eat price is $34.95 all day, no lunch or dinner markup, which makes it a great deal. I'm a huge salmon fan, and they always have a solid selection of salmon rolls, plus their special rolls never disappoint (I never remember which ones I order, but you honestly can't go wrong with any of them). The appetizer selection is also really good. Just be careful not to overdo it, or you'll be too full before you even get to the sushi. I usually go before the rush, so I get seated right away, but even when I've gone at busier times, the wait hasn't been long. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I like that they keep an eye on your table and bring you the ordering sheet for your next round as soon as you're almost done, so the flow of food never stops. For the price, quality, and service, E Sushi 2 is hands down one of the best AYCE sushi spots in Brooklyn.

Amazing experience for all you can eat sushi , the sushi is delicious and fast service. Some of the apps were also delicious like katsu and takoyaki which was pretty doughy but overall still okay considering the amazing quality of their other options. Also loved that ice cream was included in inquire flavors of red bean and matcha!

This is our goto spot for local sushi! Amazingly fresh sushi, in a welcoming, clean and comfortable spot -- we've been here at least a half-dozen times, if not more, and every time we've been here the service has been great and the sushi is fresh and flavorful! Expect a wait around 6pm-7pm as it gets packed real fast, but it's worth it, and they are quick to seat you once a spot is open! Be sure to finish your dinner off with their amazing ice cream!

This spot is my go-to when I'm craving AYCE sushi. It's a bang for the buck when you want quantity more than quality. Honestly, the quality isn't even that bad. I prefer getting salmon, spicy salmon, eel, egg sushi from here. I love the appetizers too (I'm an appy girl). Their sushi trays are good value as well, especially when you're not craving AYCE but you want something to share with your siblings for lunch or dinner. If you dine inside, the service is quick and efficient. They give you more wasabi and ginger if you request it. The ambiance is decent for a small AYCE sushi restaurant. It's definitely my go-to spot with my family and friends in the neighborhood.

One of my favorite place AYCE sushi, it also including sashimi in there along with desert is ice cream. We went here so many times! The quality of sashimi and sushi is top tier. We went during lunch once and it wasnt too packed. Second time dinner tim around 7:30. It was a rush hour for them so we have to wait 20 mins. Its really packed at night would recommend to go early. Their kitchen last call is 10:15 they will inform you before hand to let you know and order yohr last call. I love the atmosphere and along wth the sushi. Its so good! As a fan used to be sake (always go there before found out this place) sake had been my favourite until i found E sushi it my favorite place. It a place me and my bf always went whenever we craving sushi. Keep in mind that if you pay with CASH, you get 5% or 10% so pay with CASH!!

Came last night for late dinner with my husband (arrived 8ish PM Friday evening) and missed the peak dinner rush. The restaurant packed and had 1 small table left. We were able to order to get started and later moved to a booth nearby (larger table space). Great vibe and pretty booths all around. Service was fast; all hot food from the kitchen were pipping hot and tasty. The sushi took a bit to make (there must have been lots of orders) so we were glad to have some hot food (appetizers) while we waited. There were both many take out orders and dining orders. So many huge sushi boats were seen at other booths. There is a $5 take out/leftover fee for anything left uneaten and packed away in a to-go box. Overall, I really enjoyed dinner but regretted ordering sushi rolls. We had mainly ordered sashimi and some sushi nigiri pieces and should had sticked to that only. There was so much rice that we immediately felt full after eating a few pieces. Highly recommend non-rolls to get money worth here. Ordered: Kitchen items- goyza, beef skewer, garden salad, seaweed salad, vegetable udon soup, bbq squid, kaki fry (fried oyster), veggie tempura & salmon teriyaki. Sushi items- Sashimi: red snapper, red clam, white tuna, salmon, horse mackerel, tamago egg Sushi nigiri: tuna, shrimp, eel, squid, horse mackerel, mango Sushi roll: Pink Lady, Salmon Skin, and some shrimp or spider crab roll (forget what hubby got). The gyoza isn't your typical steam/pan fry on one side but rather deep fried. The bbq squid was a pleasant surprised and a nice favorite. The salmon teriyaki was actually larger than expected; very generous portion size. Beef skewer was very tender and delicious. Had to wait for some items to cool down as everything came quick and pipping hot-- seem very fresh. The sushi rolls had so much rice. The salmon skin roll was our least favorite. It was so burnt that we actually lost our appetite for the rest of the evening. The taste was lingering in our mouth for such a long time that eating the eel nigiri afterward affected thar taste. Wasn't pleasant at all. Ended up asking for check and to go box to wrap up the rest as we can't finish anything else. We do not recommend the salmon skin roll unless we just happened to have a bad batch. We enjoyed the sushi nigiri and sashimi the best. We had planned on ordering round #2 but ended up full from rice and couldn't eat anymore after that salmon skin roll. We had ordered small for the 1st round as our order wasn't even on a sushi boat like everyone else. We would like to return to try again and stick to the sashimi, nigiri and some hot items only.

My friend and I recently dined here because we wanted and all you can eat sushi experience. This spot looks pretty humble from the outside any typical hole in the wall in South Brooklyn but once you step in the ambience is actually quite nice. It's clean with a lot of tables inside. Our server was super nice and seated us almost immediately and gave us the menu to fill in so that we could order our food. There's a lot of variety of types, appetizers, dessert, and entrées that you can order in all you can eat option. We went different types of rolls, and seaweed salad, as well as kani. salad. Our order came in a huge boat, which was so cool and amazing. I was super impressed with the presentation. Everything we ordered tasted super fresh and delicious, I was actually very impressed with the quality of sushi as I had low expectations. Seaweed salad was fresh and bright with great flavors, and the kani salad was crisp and amazing. The sushi rolls were well-made, without feeling like they had too much rice on them. Sashimi pieces were absolutely huge. I actually had a hard time finishing them which is honestly not a bad problem to have!! I finished the meal with green tea ice cream, which was delicious. If you are hungry and looking for an amazing experience, please come here and enjoy the sushi.

Ice cream is included as well. Service: The staff is very attentive and always collecting empty plates and refilling water. They come around often and bring food out quickly. Very friendly and lovely staff. Ambiance: The restaurant is very comfortable and spacious. They have large booths for bigger groups as well as small tables. Highly recommend this place! It is one of the best quality AYCE sushi restaurants in New York City. Price: $31.95 for adults. Children are charged by height.

Was gonna order from here on ubereats but the prices on there were a little much. I goggled the place and saw an online order an pickup option. I thought the prices on their website are much more fair. I ordered the pork katsu and the unagi don along with two rolls. Cons: The rolls were lacking rice and the katsu was dry. The katsu sauce was very salty. Highlights: unagi was decent and miso is pretty good. Definitely not worth the uber eats prices. Probably better to order online for store prices. read more

Just ordered delivery with Uber Eats. Order came in super quick. Miso soup, kani salad and rainbow roll were super delicious. Spring roll was ok. I was dying for sushi and I was so glad I choose you. Pros: food is FRESH, service is quick, price is fair for AYCE, and wait time was 10 minutes. Cons: only 2 waiters and since they're super busy they don't have time to attend to customers and we felt rushed through our meal. Overall I'd say this is the best AYCE in Brooklyn and would definitely return. read more

Took my friend from out of town here to have sushi . Since Grand opening I must say the quality and service has dropped drastically. The California roll tasted sour and we found a bug crawling out from the Butterfly roll. We quietly told the waitresses about it but we're given an attitude. Not only did they not apologize they also kept arguing saying the bug flew into the rolls when I spotted it crawling from the inside of the roll. With that said we lost our appetite to eat so we asked for the bill instead of apologizing they also charged us extra for the remaining sushi. We did the right thing and paid on our way out the bill was snatched rudely from my hand and didn't even say thank you as if it was our fault. read more

Favorite budget sushi in brooklyn. Probably the only ayce sushi restaurant that offers unlimited sashimi. The fish is consistently good quality and service is pretty attentive. The best part is that I always end in a happy note because they have some high quality green tea icecream yo finish off the meal. Often, I find other restaurants with overly sweet and mild green tea flavor, but here there is a good bitterness. Highly recommend! read more

We decided to try this place on a whim and happy we did! The place is beautifully decorated. The options on the menu were your standard for all you can eat places. But it was super delicious. The rice was sticky and definitely fresh. The music is at a nice level and service is really good. The waitress was very nice and made sure to explain the difference between sashimi and maki and made sure we were happy. The Thai iced tea is delicious as well. Will definitely be back! read more

Green tea was cold. Menu selection is limited. Service was sub par. Unfriendly staff. Sushi rice was dry and cold. Fish was "fishy," both the smell and thereafter. Good thing for soy sauce to mask the taste. Can't really screw up a California roll, but my kid went hungry due to the poor quality of ingredients--tasted awful. The tamago/egg was a disaster; a sweet gelatinou mess, custard-like, not to leave out the discoloration. Was our First time here and def the last. read more

Recently tried the AYCE sushi here and I loved the presentation! Sushi boat!! More importantly, the sushi and sashimi were fresh and the special rolls were different than usual choices. You're not limited to sashimi appetizer sized orders and dessert is included. read more

I heard some positive thing about this restaurant so I wanted to go and see if the positive thing are true. One thing i feel when I first walk in the restaurant iis a positive vibes. The service greeted us and sat us to the table. It is all you eat sushi so tell price for adult is $21.95 and kids are $10.95. There are paper where you choose watch sushi or other types of foods you want. I chose a lot of sashimi since I love raw fish. I did choose some sushi and even some fried dumpling and salad. Once I choose what I want I gave it to the waitress. The salad came about 5 minutes after I order. The other foods came about 15 minutes since we order a lot. They cut sashimi in like a square piece and it taste fresh. Wish they gave more wasabi. We had to ask for some more. All the sushi and sashimi came with a boat which I think it is pretty cool. The taste of fish is fresh. The staff is friendly. Would definitely come back here again. read more

Decided to try out for order in tonight & came pretty quick. I ordered the beef teriyaki dinner bento box & a seaweed salad. The Bento Box dinner notes that it includes a salad (the container was half filled, had a few pieces of lettuce & half a cucumber slice), miso soup (was very small container probably half the regular serving size) white rice (also unusually small container ), dumplings (came with only 2,most bento box come with 3). One of the sauce containers was barely even filled half way. The actual beef teriyaki serving was very small!! The beef sits on a bed of 2 big pieces of broccoli & onions in teriyaki sauce. There were plenty of veggie tempura and 1 long shrimp tempura which is average for this kind of order. It's a shame they skimped on so many items considering they charge $18.95 for a dinner bento box. Despite their skimp supply of actual food, it was honestly very delicious. The salmon in the Alaska roll was very fatty, not the best quality but it looked fresh. The seaweed salad that I ordered in addition was surprisingly very full, unlike most places that place it on a bed of lettuce, they didn't do that here. Pictures attached to show what I describe in my review but for that reason I give 3 stars. If you fell that's an appropriate amount for the items described then I recommend ordering because taste isn't the issue. For me, I will not be placing future orders. I'm glad this time I was just ordering for myself expecting to have left overs rather than an order for a large hungry group of people. read more

Stopped in for ayce during lunch. Steep for lunch as places usually have lunch pricing vs dinner pricing altho they don't differentiate in terms of menu offerings. Free thai tea if you do a yelp review. The offerings are pretty standard and similar to other ayce sushi places. One hiccup was wait time, they actually forgot about our second sushi order so we waited quite some time before we ended up just cancelling since we had to leave. That was unfortunate because we clearly didn't get to eat more for our buck read more

I live around this area and I never knew this place existed. First off, the environment and decor inside the restaurant is very warming and cozy. We ordered a black spider, spicy tuna, Spicy salmon, and crab rolls. The rolls were good but not omg most amazing thing I've ever eaten. The spicy tuna roll was a problem. It had a sour taste to it, so we let them know they switched it out for us right away. I didn't like that we were watched most of the time. I like to eat in peace. Idk. I highly doubt we will come back here. It's just like any other all you can eat mediocre place. Nothing special. Pricing was the same as everywhere else. read more

E Sushi 2 is the second and identical all-you-can-eat buffet Japanese restaurant of the very popular original E Sushi, where I frequently dined. It is a spacious medium large size clean and elegant restaurant. It is also owned and operated by the local Chinese people. FOODS: solid 5 star (as an AYCE buffet Japanese restaurant under $30) I love E Sushi and E Sushi 2 for the following extra special reasons. These are usually not being offered at other AYCE buffet Japanese restaurants here in the 5 boroughs of New York City. (2-1) All-You-Can-Eat variety of sashimi are included. Sashimi (sushi without the vinegar rice) are simply more expensive than sushi per pound. See my photo. My assorted sashimi alone is worth the price of this entire buffet meal! Just as the original E Sushi, the quality control of their dishes are excellent. They are all fresh, clean and delicious. (2-2) On your request, your assorted sushi and sashimi are served on the Japanese traditional festive sushi boat. See my photos. I brought this issue to the attention of this restaurant's manager and the kitchen chef in person last time. (3-4) The sushi counter seats facing the sushi chef. This is the most prized and valuable seats by Japanese customers at the real authentic Japanese sushi restaurants in Japan. The same goes to the upscale omakase style Japanese sushi restaurants in America. Nevertheless, these seats are considered worthless by the most of the people here in America. (4) SERVICES: 5 star The waitress is very attentive for adding hot green tea for your cup here. Also, the restaurant manager always visit your table with smiles to make sure you are happy about your total dining experience here. They are also very easy to talk to. These are vital quality of any successful and prospering restaurant business. I have known the manager, waitress, and the sushi chef since they worked at the original E Sushi restaurant up until this place opened. They are a very good team and very capable in my opinion. Eh, I wouldn't recommend coming here for sushi to be honest. I went to this place before when it was under a different name (Ocean Style) and I'm assuming a different management, or maybe not. I was not impressed with Ocean Style before and am not really impressed with E Sushi 2 much either. The service was fine, the waitress was really nice and answered any questions we had but somehow one roll was missed. No big deal, they made it and brought it out 20 minutes later. In regards to the sushi, the quality of fish wasn't all that great. It was more on the bland side. The apps were pretty good, so it gives you your money's worth. The good thing is that you can always add on more items, so don't overdo it the first order. We ended the night with some red bean and green tea ice cream. I prefer it fried but they don't fry it at this place :( read more

This place is pretty chill. And for all you creeps hiding from your girlfriend. It a secret location. She won't find you. However, the food is tasty and it's the best bang for your buck. You pay one price of $21.95 per person and you can order unlimited food. The only catch is you must eat whatever you order or else you will be charged for each item you did not eat. The highlights of my meal were the chicken tempura, mango and avocado roll, California roll and the fried rice (was banging). All in all, if your looking for a sushi buffet styled restaurant with a relaxed environment and tasty food, this is you're spot. And due try the ice cream. My girlfriend ate the green tea and red bean ice cream. They were so delicious. Really good spot. read more

Good sushi. Great green tea, and china in which it is served. Filtered raw water. Good service. Be careful with all you can eat. If you order too much and can't finish, there is an upcharge of $8. The tip is suggested on the amount that inudes tax. One doesn't tip on tax, so make your adjustments. read more

This is my FAVORITE sushi spot out there. Always went to their location on Flatbush Avenue and so glad that they moved into Sheepshead Bay. Food is fresh and service is incredible. Be sure to come here and try their tuna pizza, you won't regret it! read more
