I just recently used Mozart Moving for a move from my 3rd floor Brookline apartment. After 15 years…read morein my place a move can be a major stressful undertaking. Stephan, Ivan and Den took so much of the stress out of the process. They showed up exactly on time and set to work immediately on arrival. They worked so quickly that we had to keep up just to give them directions when they needed it. They were a marvel to watch work and they completed the move in record time. I would not hesitate to use them again for the next move another 15 years down the line. Thank you!

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. Chris, the leader, assessed the situation, and he and his second, James, formulated a plan. The team set to work immediately and seamlessly finessed the transfer of some very heavy wooden furniture and large paintings, taking extraordinary care with each. Absolute professionals at every turn, they worked together like a fine-tuned team of chefs in a hot kitchen.  I'd also like to mention the intelligence and ingenuity I witnessed. Chris, in particular, had plenty of sharp skills up his sleeve. Undercover architects and engineers to a man. A real pleasure to observe. So, thank you to the five gentlemen for a smooth move!  Quote of the day, à la James, "Assess, then lift." Wise words for life.  P.S. I'm really very surprised that this company does not have more stars. I was a designer with my own company for 35 yrs, so I watched how these guys used their eyes to estimate size and distance. Spot on man. They watched walls and corners. OK, here's my question: Do any of you have cats or dogs? How do you react when Trevor the German Shepherd breaks Great Aunt Lucy's Steuben bowl wedding present? Do you lose your marbles or do you get on with it? It = Life.

Complained about the dryer and after many phone calls the reply was $50 refund Never returned the last call because that was lousy! Will not use again or suggest anyone to! Wish I had read the reviews prior too..lesson learned smh

UPDATED: I've been told twice now by corporate that a local manager/owner would be giving me a call…read moreto "make it right" and NO ONE HAS CALLED. I booked my job for junk removal and had an entire conversation about what would be removed from my property on 38 Hope Street in Attleboro with your intake specialist who was very nice, and professional. I explained I had mattresses and appliances and some miscellaneous junk that needed to be removed. After explaining to me how they bill by the truck capacity, he quoted me between 500-600 dollars. So I confirmed with him that in the event there's more or less that quote would be adjusted based on what was here day of service. He confirmed. Great. Scheduled appointment comes. I have a major conflict come up last minute. I texted the truck captain, he gets back to me right away and is super helpful kind and professional. We reschedule for the next week, easy, painless, stress free. Day of rescheduled appointment, I get a text from Aiden, my truck captain for that day. Says that I'm 5th in line for the day, but they are running a little behind. I say, "ok thanks for letting me know be safe". The window I'm given is between 10am-12pm. I'm loading a moving truck and 1:30p rolls around. I text for any updates. I call multiple times. I replied to the confirmation email. NOTHING back in response. Maybe an hour later, I try again. Nothing. I give my friend the number to call on my behalf, he picks up right away (because he doesn't recognize the number as a customer). Explains they'll be there in about 2-3 hours. Not happy, but trying to roll with it. Around 4:45p I get a call saying they are on their way. I told Aiden that it's unnacceptable that there's ZERO communication about a blown timeline of almost 6 hours. He didn't once apologize for any inconvenience. Instead I get rude and smart ass responses. "Well I'm on the phone with you now aren't I?" He says, "maybe I'll have my manager get us headsets so I can answer the phone while I'm moving and driving a truck around". Totally unacceptable, rude, horrible customer focus, insulting, and a terrible representation of your brand. I tell him not to come because I can't wait any longer, need to drive my moving truck to the destination and unload now in the pouring rain because we were stuck waiting for them to come all day. He says fine, we can prioritize you so you'll be first on the list, I'll see you tomorrow at 7am. I complete my move, and call your corporate HQ because I just got the feeling that I was being messed with, again. There was no record of an appointment ever being made for the next day. And he was going to cost me more time, and jeopardize the closing sale of my house because he couldn't take responsibility for not communicating back to a customer. Corporate was able to reach out to a local manager and get me a crew the next morning. They called and were even earlier than the window they gave me. Here's the last problem I had with my entire experience. We complete the walkthrough and I have actually fewer items than what we discussed in the initial intake because I got rid of appliances on my own. I helped move stuff myself, actually putting stuff on the truck with the crew. I provided them with a hand truck to move my washer at their request. Then he tabulates the final bill. I was charged $1364.87! On a quote of $500-600. I really feel strongly that this is not right. If you're going to tell me that there's disposal fees and surcharges I understand, but then why is that not included in your initial quoting process. That is bait and switch and for that number to be presented only at the time the junk is on the truck is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Your guys were in and out in 30 minutes, and had my assistance. And then they asked for a tip, and I felt TERRIBLE telling them that I could simply not afford to tip them as my budget for this job was less than half the total bill.
