Anthony came out today and performed routine checkup above and beyond the call of duty! He cleaned the ivy out of the unit, Pruned some wayward bushes so the leaves wouldn't stick to the fan and warned me of wayward spiders in the attic!! He was courteous professional and a delight!! The technician was actually servicing my neighbor's unit when he heard the capacitor on my unit try and start and recommended that my neighbor have me contact them about coming out. The capacitor indeed needed to be replaced once it was tested. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional nor the thoroughness of my technician. read more

The technician, Kyle Warthen, ID'd the problem quickly and instead of telling me I needed to replace my 14 year old unit right now, (which I will have to eventually), he simply had to replace a burned out service disconnect fuse instead, saving me a ton of money right now! Jerome came out at the end of the day to check our A/C unit which was not working right. He was punctual, polite and knew what her was doing. He even showed me how I can control the thermostat from an app - I had no idea that was even a possibility. I called to schedule a AC service inspection and they came out the next day, he cleaned the inside unit and replaced the filter and cleaned the drain, also checked to make sure the unit was running properly. Then he serviced the outside unit. They are a great company to work with. read more
