It's my daily driver but the team treated it as if it was their own show car. The level of care the team took in these services was incredible and I was updated each step of the way on progress. I had several last minute requests and Sina was able to accomodate me and I appreciate that. I am very meticulous and particular with my car, so any questions I had they made sure got answered. I had a full paint correction done, then had GTechniq Crystal Serum Ultra and EXO applied. They also coated all glass, all trim/plastics on the vehicle, coated the wheels, painted the calipers did a thorough full interior detail and light engine bay cleaning. I also had XPEL Prime XR Black window tint applied to my windshield which they were able to make stick with my dot matrix, which Toyotas are known to be tricky to make stick. I've been getting compliments left and right since I picked the car up. The experience driving and washing is so great. During that time, I guess it had been hit with some overspray. I hit up Mike at MJ Detail to see what he could do. He was up front and said he needs to see the car to give me his honest thoughts and plan of action. I brought the car to him and he tested a few areas with a clay bar, and luckily it worked! He said to leave the car with him for a few days and he'll get it knocked out. I came back a few days later and what do you know, all the overspray was completely removed and it looked like a brand new car! I have to mention that I'm super OCD with my car and I think Mike suspected that beforehand and provided updates throughout the entire process. He knows his stuff and treats your car as if it's his. The owner Leo was good at diagnosing the electrical problem I had on my Honda's hatch latch. It was…read moregoing to be a couple days to get the parts needed and my wife's new car needed windo tinting, so I agree to have Leo tint it for $500. He ran 3 hours late, causing him to finish the windows in the dark under some lights he brought. At 10pm he said he was having some issues but he would fix any issues if the imperfections didn't come out after it dried completely. He came back a few days later after the parts for my Honda were in. Again very late for our appointment, giving excuses. He repaired the Honda fine, and then we had him look at the tint job. It had many bubbles in most of the windows and at the top of the passenger window the tint was coming off. He agreed to come back and fix it. He never showed up for the appointment. He didn't reply to my text. I asked my wife to contact him. He answered the phone when she called, and they set an appointment to come and repair the tint job. He didn't show up for the appointment. He refuses to respond to calls and texts.

Kiké told me he could not do it that day, but specifically told me to come back Saturday at 10 AM and that he would take care of it. I showed up today at the time I was told, only to be greeted by a young kid who asked if I had an appointment. I explained that Kiké told me to come in at 10 AM. Instead of honoring what I was told, they acted like they had no idea what was going on and said other people with appointments were already ahead of me. I would not have wasted my time driving there if I had not been told directly to come in. What made it worse was that they kept me standing around with no clear answer, no real confirmation, and no respect for my time. It felt like they were prioritizing other people who showed up after or people they personally knew, while I was left waiting with no explanation. After waiting long enough, I finally asked directly if they were going to take my car in or not. Instead of giving me a straight answer, they just asked for my phone number and said they would call me. At that point, I left. This was a complete waste of my time and a very poor way to treat a customer. If you tell someone to come in at a specific time, then honor it. If you cannot take the car, be honest upfront instead of leaving the customer standing there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for a customer's time was unacceptable. they might give you a cheaper price here, but it's not worth the headache. You have to deal with these people. Imagine you have to come back to do a retain because there's a bubble inside your tent. These guys are gonna waste your time.

BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.
