Stopped in here after a soccer game and was pleasantly surprised we had the best loaded baked potato soup I ever had. We also had one of there pizza's which was delicious. We'll be stopping here again the next time we come through. read more

I struggle with this reviews star rating, in the grand global experience it is a solid 4, but what they bring to the table in Eagle Creek is a 5. Cocktails, a no compromise old school bar teqniue, off a good value and you will succeed, and here they do! The service, nothing lacking here during my visit, no slackers here as they all do the country hustle. The food, don't get me wrong, the food is far from bad, it's just not a five star experience quality wise, but they do hit the quantity right as I see lots of leftovers going out the door. I saw the steak dinner note about "ask your server" about that nights offering, so I asked what the cut was that night, "filet" was the answer so order I did. A filet is my favorite cut, filled by a rib eye. What I received was a sirloin, but at the price I shouldn't have expected much and to be honest the steak I received was great for the price. I have family who live in Estacada and there isn't a huge variety of restaurants in the area, so we kind of end up going to the same mediocre restaurants over and over. I've been to this establishment twice and both times I've been impressed! The service is exactly what you'd expect from a small town; warm and inviting! Staff can get pretty chatty with you, which is something I like. Their breakfast is very good from what I remember, and they keep their strong coffee flowing so your cup is never empty. I recommend the biscuits and gravy or chicken fried steak! Very good! The second time I went was last night to have some drinks (long islands, but wish I'd also gotten on of their beers on tap) and we sat outside, very pleasant, and even though we were out of the way we never felt forgotten about. I had the cup of chowder (like $3 I think) and it was a surprisingly generous portion - filled me up, not to mention it was DELICIOUS chowder. Their fries are also good and the chicken Caesar salad I daresay looked fancy! Wish they had karaoke and less generic feeling atmosphere, but hey - it's Estacada, and I was impressed. I got the 1/3lb cheeseburger to go on a gluten free bun. I didn't expect much because this was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I couldn't believe how insanely good this burger was. Just the perfect all American cheese burger flavor. My husband tried a bite and also couldn't believe how great it was. We'll be back for more! read more

The best place to eat in Eagle Creek. During this difficult time, the staff at ECS has been wonderful. Their take-away is great and well packed. Me and some friends went here for a late night bit (they live here and love this place, my first time) and its exactly what you would think of from looking at it from the outside. Delicious, big portions, greasy food youd want late night. I wish I got the guys name, but our waiter was great! Very lively, funny, chatty, and up beat! I think he works behind the bar but was serving us, and although we were outside he regularly checked on us. I got wings and we split some pizza. BBQ bacon I think? The pizza was doughy but not too much and everything that was on it seemed fresh and flavorful. Got 2 drinks- first was basically soda and the 2nd was way more strong! Wings made me sick =S 100% could have just been on me and the spicy, but me and Cubs were both feelin it later! With that said- Id still be back here and willing to try out more. Came this week with a friend after hitting the river. We walked back to the bar and sat at two empty stools. The bartender greeted us. She was very busy with a full area but still was friendly. We waited a bit and watched the game. We got some drinks and ordered some snacks off the happy hour menu! The 5 dollar nachos are a steal and incredibly delicious. We also got some fries to split.
