For a nearly brand new theatre I was hopeful this place would have some minor things figured out. They were out of a lot of small things on their menu, popcorn was clearly hours old, soda machine was weak. How hard is it to dial in theatre food? I guess pretty hard. The Long-Story-Short of it is this: The projectors are not high enough quality and resolution to accommodate the seating. Either that or it was set up wrong. I went with my daughter to see Spies In Disguise this weekend. We got there a bit late and because the back and middle were filled (there were only three rows in this tiny closet of a theater) we had to sit up front. That was fine. Fortunately they have very nice reclining chairs to alleviate any neck strain from looking up. What I saw once the movie started was not impressive. Pixels! Pixels the size of a dime on the screen. I love the comfortable recliners. Better than watching movies at home because of the comfortable seating and big screen.

My son and I went to see John Wick four last Saturday night after 7 o'clock, at Eagle Reel Luxe theater. The woman sitting next to us was on her phone, sound and all, during the movie. And, she had a two-year-old child with her who talked through the whole movie. When we left the theater there was nobody to be found to talk to about the situation. So, I decided to wait to talk to someone about it at a later date. When I went by the theater and talked to the manager, I was told they wouldn't do anything to make it right for me and my son. The movie experience was ruined for us and I am very frustrated by their lack of response and customer service. I even explained to him that I couldn't find anybody after the movie to talk to. The manager did not care at all. Horrible customer service! I will never return to that theater again. read more

This has become our "go to" theatre due to location in Eagle where parking is easy, never too busy and overall experience has consistently been very good. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Theatres and restrooms have always been clean, we love the recliner seats and both picture and sound have been worth going to the theatre versus renting at home. One word: Dolby . After a matinee walk to nearby pizza, ice cream or indoor fine dining. read more

IGNORE all the bad reviews. This place is clean. Service is good, particularly for the price. Seats are better than the competition. Parking is amazing, compared to The Village. Sound is good. Can choose your seats ahead of time. Popcorn is great. First run movies always here. What more can you ask for for $8.50 today. This is a beautiful and clean theater with great service! We had a great time with family watching a new movie - no complaints!

I was expecting a little more "luxe" in my luxe reel theatre. It's new and clean, but it's definitely not luxe. The interior is sparse and feels kind of cheap and dated. Like it was designed in 2002. The reclining chairs are comfortable, but not amazingly so. I expected it to at least live up to the industry standard for this type of theater, but it just feels like they did it on the cheap. I think I'd rather fight the traffic up Eagle Rd and see something at the Village if I'm going to see something in a theater instead of the comfort of my own home. Meh. read more

So far not impressed. Machines are down to print tickets. One line with about 30 people in it selling tickets and snacks. Place is filthy! Not enough staff. My new goto theater when I'm in the area! The seats were very comfy. I started the movie in the middle setting while I ate popcorn, then stretched all the way to the full recline. I want to start by saying that my first experience at the theater 2 weeks ago was good. The young man who helped me purchase tickets was very nice and helpful. I had questions as I brought my handicapped mom who uses a walker. He was wonderful. The place was clean and the recliner seats were comfortable. Yesterday morning I tried to order tickets online for Tuesday (today) but was unable to select any seats. No explanation as to why, just kept saying you haven't selected your seats yet. After many attempts, I decided to contact the theater through their website. I sent my message and waited for a reply but never heard back. This morning I sent another request to explain why I was unable to order tickets online and as of this evening, still no reply. I also called the phone number for Eagle Luxe Theater which does not give an option of speaking to a customer service representative. I called the number again today and pressed 0, hoping to speak to someone and finally the automated message gave the option of leaving a voice-mail message for a manager. So I left a message with my question about online ticket ordering and still have not heard back. This is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service/ support. I was just told by a family member to check online tickets for Wednesday (not senior discount day) and sure enough, seat selection is available. So apparently you cannot purchase online tickets on Tuesdays. It would have been nice to have that info posted on the website and for a response back after reaching out to contact the Eagle Luxe Theater by email and phone 4 times. read more

Very roomy aisles, you're able to have your recliner out and not put it down for people to walk past. Walls in between aisles, so no more items rolling from the back row to the front. Very clean, friendly staff, free popcorn and drink refills. They have food boats & paper plates for free so you can distribute popcorn amongst your whole crew. I love the "side" entrance to the snack bar, you can refill your own soda & get service without having to wait in the lobby. Will never go back to the v*llage again. read more

Wow! Best theatre I have seen in a very long time, with great staff members that are not only attentive but soooo polite. I watched one young man help an elderly women to her seat, and then he came back when the movie ended to help her out as well. The seats are insanely nice, LUXURIOUS red recliners with head and feet adjustments. Then, the best part... REAL BUTTER! Also, very clean as soon as you walk in. Love this theatre, have been well over ten times now, and it just keeps getting better! read more

I'm so pleased that we have a great new MOVIE Theatre in Eagle. The prices are nice and the concessions are reasonable for a movie Theatre. I thought the customer service was fine. I don't need 5 star service, It's just a movie not a expensive dinner at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The seats are absolutely the best seats I have ever sat in at a Theatre. So what if there is a little popcorn on the floor that I noticed, it's because they give you a ton of it and kids spill it. This place is awesome, sound and movie was amazing. The place is filthy. When we walked into the main area, the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a couple of days. There was popcorn every where in the theater--on the stairs and seats as well as trash that hadn't been picked up for quite some time. When we got to our seats, there was trash piled on our 5 seats and trays. We thought someone would be there to clean it. Nope. So we went to the lobby and got someone to clean. He came with a broom and swept some of it under our seats. Another person came to sanitize the trays--very half heartedly. One spray and half the tray and he was done. Our 5 seats were "cleaned?" But the rest of the row was still dirty. Where is the management? I suggest they visit all the other theaters in the valley to see how they manage. I am surprised the health department doesn't shut them down. read more

I've been by this theatre a handful of times with my son and with friends and although they have their busy days and their slow days we've all enjoyed every visit thus far. The location is super convenient and I am excited that this is one of their first run locations! They do have their deal days on Tuesdays that are $6 per ticket, all day. I usually opt to buy those tickets in advance bc it can be busy so I'm glad that's an option online or in person. The real butter really makes a difference on the popcorn too! Staff is super friendly, and they always seem to help me find the best deal for my dollars. Obviously going to the movies is going to cost money but I always feel like mine is well spent here!
