I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

The last couple of years have been very different. I no longer get phone calls alerting me to when they will be in my area, and as a result I'm never home to let them in to spray the inside of the house. I can't even be sure that they have been spraying as I don't get any kind of mail invoices, but twice in the last couple of years I've gotten calls about unpaid balances, and once it was even from a collection agency. Had I known that I had a balance due, I would have paid it. The last straw was when an employee called me about two weeks ago to inquire about how I wanted to take care of the balance due of $400+ (again, this was the first I'd heard of it), and I insisted that they spray the inside of my home since I hadn't seen or heard from them for months. I paid the balance, and the employee suggested a time for an interior spray. I agreed to the time and arranged my schedule to be here to let them in. They did not show up or call, and I waited for over an hour past the appointed time before I had to leave. I've left voice mails at their office but have not received any return calls. I'm finished with this company and have found someone else.
