My wife and I stopped in yesterday per recommendation. I'm very glad that we did, the bar made was extremely friendly and we got to meet not only the brewmaster but the owner as well. The beer was so good and refreshing. I would highly suggest this brewery for anyone passing through Eagle, also very kid and dog friendly.

Heading from Denver to Aspen and stopped here for a beer - cool spot that recently opened. Weather was perfect and we sat outside - plenty is outdoor seating in the front and back. Beer menu is heavily German influenced - I got a Weiss and my husband got a Scottish ale. Both solid beers. Wish they had some snacks here but that's the only knock!

This is our 3nd beer pilgrimage, the first one being Hillfarmstead and the 2nd being Brussels. This…read moreplace is certainly out of the way and difficult to find. It's located on the lower level of a building and below street level. It's right below Bonfire Coffee so if you see that store, park there. You'll miss it if you're looking for an obvious sign. They may have some small plastic signs in front of some dirt parking spots you might be able to look out for. If the parking spots are taken, you're screwed. Do your research, check out the pictures on yelp. We were scheduled for a 2pm tour ($20 per person). We got here at 1:20 or so and went inside to see what the process was for check in. A guy told us that they were closed and to come back at 2pm. We were dropped off so we had nowhere else to go. There certainly were no businesses around to visit. We decided to just sit outside on the patio where they had some chairs and tables and enjoy the view. The view is certainly beautiful. The brewery overlooks a river and walking path. There's a bridge if you walk a little bit north of the brewery that may get you to the walking path. I would consider this a boutique brewery, catering to those special craft beer nerds who love their sours. I imagine only locals come by and those who care enough about good sours to make the 3hr+ drive from Denver. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. There was a shower in there so I'm guessing the brewers spend a lot of time in the warehouse. Our guide, John, was very entertaining and loud. There was no issue hearing him as he guided us through the history of the brewery and the brewing process. There were probably 30-40 people who came for the tour. The portions were good and of course, the beer was too. The main reason we came was for the bottled beer. Casey doesn't distribute to liquor stores (as far as I'm aware & at the time we went in late 2018) and so the only way to get their stuff is to go to the brewery directly. Being the beer geeks we are, we loved getting to visit this awesome brewery. Come, enjoy, buy the beer, trade with us : P

He took half of it to go. I loved the spring berry salad to which I added grilled shrimp. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. Beginning with the greeting, they were absolutely lovely, very polite, sat us right away, we went on a non busy day so we had pretty much the second floor to ourselves. The host was lovely and then our waitress came and was just as nice, a great way to start a meal. We ended up getting the buffalo wings, SO GOOD, crunchy, lathered in sauce, tender enough, so flavorful, with a side of ranch. We had the onion rings, and let me tell you, those were BIG rings ! Again, nice and crunchy and so enjoyable. Last but not least, we had the loaded nachos and WOAH! Let me tell ya, this dish can feed up to 4+ people! It was only 2 of us and we were in shock at how big these nachos were so keep that in mind! They had beef, pico de gallo, salsa, cheese and they used different chips too, the regular and the blue tortilla chips, omg MOUTH WATERING! Full of flavor, very well made, everything about them was great! To drink we only had club sodas with lime but they do have a full bar and by the looks of it, they had it all so if Youre a drinker, this is also the place for you! The place was chill, dimmed lights, nice music not overly loud so you can still carry on a conversation , and very clean which is always on top of my list. The price was reasonable and I just loved it! This place was great in every way! Definitely HIGHLY recommend!

I'm leaving yet another... 5 star review for The Pullman because every year I come dine at this…read morerestaurant I am blown away. First off, the most notable thing about this experience was the genuinely most amazing waitress I think I have ever encountered, Grace. Grace was the kindest soul, she took such amazing care of us and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Me and my family will go out to eat now and say "she was good but not as good as Grace". Second off, The food was AMAZING per usual. I had the Wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly, I usually hate going out for steak because I find it to never be seasoned as much as I'd like but this took the cake. The blue cheese dip with chips was so delicious, like possibly one of the best things we have ever tasted. We also tried to carrot cake sorbet which I know sounds odd but it was so delicious, you can tell the kitchen staff puts their heart and soul into this food. My husband got the special, which was like a Turkish ricotta stuffed pasta and it was AMAZING. Even my sister who got the wagyu burger, AMAZING. My only critique was the hostess was very rude to my family for no reason when we walked in which almost turned my parents off from trying to the most amazing restaurant. Luckily, the service got amazing after that. Everyone was so kind and helping everyone, just a great atmosphere. They also had the Knicks game playing which was great haha. I can't wait to come back next summer for my favorite meal despite living states away we will always make it back to The Pullman.

I started with the pickled deviled eggs - little vinegar taste with a slightly sweet filling is a perfect combination. 10/10 The Steak Tartare is unlike any tartare I've ever had before. It comes on this homemade tater-tot that's shaped kind of like a piece of bread or a cracker. I wasn't expecting it, but it made the dish. There is some sort of sauce drizzled, which tastes like an egg yolk base. I scraped it with my fork so I could eat all of it! So delicious! Finished with the Pierogies. Handmade, thin wrappers with perfect, delicious filling. It comes in a bowl with an amazing sauce I couldn't get enough of. I literally used a spoon to drink it! If you're in town, get a reservation - they are very busy!!! It's worth it!

Amazing flavor, perfect flaky crust, and unbelievably tender, melt-in-your-mouth steak. They were gracious to do a split plate with lovely presentation (wish I had just ordered my own!) Backing it up, the burrata app was a great starter. We lucked in on a Wednesday where they have 1/2 priced wine, and our bartender gave us a great suggestion as well as top service the whole meal.
