I had heard so many good things about this hamburger place, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing from start to finish. The food was terrible. My hamburger bun was so hard it felt like it had been sitting out for days. The burger itself lacked flavor, and the chili cheese fries arrived cold and unappetizing. For a place that's supposed to be known for great burgers, the quality was shockingly bad. What made the experience even worse was the service. Neither the waiter nor the manager ever came by to ask how the food was or why we barely touched our meals. It was obvious the food wasn't being eaten, yet no one seemed to care enough to check in. Overall, the combination of poor food quality and inattentive service made this one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Had delicious burgers and great service at Grind! We were offered a free plate of the loaded sweet potato fries by the gentleman who was helping running food because they accidentally ordered a duplicate plate. We gladly took it and it was phenomenal, loaded with bacon, red onion and a cream sauce. It made our night! They have a great selection of beer too! read more

I don't know what they had going on in there, but people getting sat that had came in AFTER us should have been the first red flag. Never even received a texted like they said we would. It's also pretty disappointing when you have been waiting an hour and a half for our food, and people who came in WAY after us got their food before we did. The server failed to stop by to even tell us what was going on. And then she eventually told us that they are remaking our burgers??? I had a hankerin' for a burger, and Grind was in my line of sight. Good enough for me! There was ample outdoor seating on a lovely summer afternoon-with a sign that said to go inside to let them know you're there and then go back and find a table on the patio. It was a little awkward, but we figured it out. The burger, although done exactly as I requested (plain) was incredibly greasy. Like, midway though I started to feel a little queasy. What we swallowed: *SHAMROCK BOOZY SHAKE: This hit the spot: cold, tasty and boozy. Cute glass it came in too. *CRISPY BRUSSEL SPROUTS: We saw this on another table and they did not disappoint: crispy, salty with a hint on vinagerette. Total yum! *ONION RINGS: Crispy, hot and tasty. Even my kids loved it. *KIDS NUGGETS AND FRIES: My daughter said that something tasted 'off' with the chicken. There were only three on her plate and she only ate two. *KIDS MAC N CHEESE AND FRIES: Light on the cheese flavor, it tasted more like creamy mayo mac with sprinkling of cheese. Stopped in for lunch to take advantage of their TVs and burgers. The staff was very friendly, especially the manager that was walking around helping and making sure everything was going smoothly. We were given the choice between a couple tables, which is always appreciated. They changed one of the TVs to the golf tournament we were looking to watch while still having plenty of TVs for everyone else. I ordered the Richies Lunch burger which wasn't bad but nothing special, which seems to be the common review for Grind. It was cooked how I asked but the flavors just weren't doing it for me. I loved the fried mushrooms though, which were both of our favorites. The onion rings weren't bad but they seemed over cooked. The service left a lot to be desired. as someone who works in the service industry i give a lot of grace because i know how hard it is. but this experience wasn't good top to bottom. Some of the food runners had an attitude with us while trying to figure out who had what order. and the burgers were extremely dry nearly inedible. we were a party of nine and everyone's side of fries were cold and no steps were taken to remedy the issues. This place kind of has a hipster dive bar aesthetic. And that is in no way negative. We had the beer cheese, which was fantastic; a lamb burger and the number 2 hamburger. The french fries are worth the extra cost, they were fresh cut, and great. The burgers were OK. A solid burger I would eat here again. One weird thing is that they brought out the appetizer at the same time as the meal which made it hard to decide what to concentrate. Service, especially for the area, was fairly lackluster. Wheelchair accessibility: in general, the wheelchair accessibility was pretty good. There were signs blocking the entrance and exit that we had to move to get in and out. There were high chairs crowding the hallway, which made it a little bit difficult to get to the bathrooms. However the bathroom doors were nice and light with plenty of room and grab bars; paper towels were a little high. Somewhat limited accessible seating- would be hard to navigate with more than a couple wheelchair users in a group. read more

Incredibly rude staff member working the front. Watched her turn away a party of 8 with a special request to have an umbrella moved for the older woman in the group. Then she proceeded to demand and lecture us on moving away from the to go station when we were waiting for our drinks for our order - took her longer to act rude than the drinks to be filled. All the while the restaurant has a portable dsign that is set up and blocking half the walkway. Clearly not someone who should be customer facing. read more

This place closes at 10pm on a Friday we arrived at 9pm they were not busy at all the host seemed to be annoyed that we came in then proceeded to get bad service. The food came out luke warm and we were rushed as our server just flopped the bill on the table before we even had a chance to finish. Staff was definitely more concerned with getting off right on time rather than providing good service. The only drawback, and reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the staff is pretty inattentive. I actually enjoyed this establishment twice in 2 days and both times staff was pretty sparse. It's self seating inside, so checked on once to order and then once when they brought the food then they brought the check and that's it's. I've been here multiple times with family and have always had a great experience and enjoyed the food. A bit overpriced sure, but it's in a mountain town so it's to be expected. HOWEVER, the last time I went with some friends and asked if we could split the check evenly. Without ANY warning, we each received a $4.98 "split charge" for a total of $25 of fees just to divide the bill. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to charge a 20% fee to split a bill, at least be upfront about it. read more

They said it was because meats cost different... I ordered the falafel on a salad bowl. The portion was a bit disappointing but it did taste good. Overall the service left a lot to be desired. They had a pretty good variety of beers to try and it seems like they update them. We tried a few and they were all pretty tasty. I liked the Saison personally. I was disappointed in the onion rings- they looked yummy but lacked flavor. The beet salad was awesome! Fresh greens, lots of beets and the combination of cheese and the dressing was so yummy! I was late night munching on it- yep late night munching on a salad. That's how good it was! The only problem was, the service was reeeeealy slow. The server was nice and, I have a feeling that the slow service is simply because of short staff due to Corona virus, so I tend to have more patience these days. read more

No prices were listed on the menu (not ideal), #9 "Medi" came out lukewarm, I ordered two sliders (both plain) one came out with some obscure sauce and bacon, I reordered a new one that came out with no cheese this time, and waited a little while for my drink while my partner was asked 4/5 times if she wanted a refill of her margarita after politely saying no every time. 1.5/5 visit. Came by for a quick late afternoon lunch, they were fairly busy but we had no wait time for seats. Their tables were fairly spaced out, but outside of indoor seating being cutoff it doesn't seem like their arrangement is any different for Covid precautions. My friend and I were pretty intrigued by the wide array of different burger options so we decided to split 2 of them, opting for the Will Cody be the Zhengburger. The Will Cody tasted good but had a little too much going on. I think the jalapeños and sour cream went well together, as did the bbq sauce and the bacon, but all 4 together was a confusing barrage of strong flavors. I thought the lime was the most unusual ingredient, but I didn't notice it In there. The buffalo patty had a nice rich flavor, but was pretty indistinguishable from a beer patty. We both thought the Zhengburger was the star of the meal. The tuna was super flavorful, especially with the sesame crusting. The slaw, ginger, and wasabi mayo were all great complimentary flavors without overwhelming the taste of the tuna. Can't recommend this one enough! read more

I always wanted to check this place out so we finally did. I was over impressed but the burger options are very creative. My husband had the ahi which was super dry. Service was slow and at first we were forgotten about but I loved the team working together. Not just you server it is a group effort.
