I drove to lake Chelan and back and had a smooth ride. The car had all the necessary outlets and plugs to keep the kids entertained. The price also was the best one because for some reason they were all extremely expensive the weekend we got it. Ideally I usually prefer getting it from the airport but I'm SO GLAD i went off site. When I returned it the manager was really nice and helpful and was genuinely interested in my experience. I told her I will definitely go there next time.

We ended up touring all over Vashon. Even if you don't want to ride, stop in and say hello. And if you do want to ride, the shop will pick you up and drop you off at the Ferry! When I called to confirm my rental he recalled chatting with me the month prior. He picked us up at the airport and chatted us up about our stay and we learned a lot about his experience in Kent and his experience as a rally race car driver! A personable touch which I appreciated and you often get with local businesses. The checkout process was incredibly straightforward with no frills. Provide payment and proof of insurance, do an inspection of the vehicle and you are on your way. Just a heads up, the cars are used, but they are well maintained. I took the shuttle to the airport & checked my bags before realizing it was missing. Took the shuttle back to National and asked the attendant about it. She got on the horn and spoke with the lady that does the walkthrough for items left in the rentals. I was told that it would be 30-45 mins so I changed my flight to a later one. Soon as I got off the phone with travel agent, I was flagged down by the two ladies. My backpack was found in less than 10 mins! Jumped back on the shuttle and was able to make it to my gate 5 mins before it closed. Wish I would've asked for their names. Saved me from missing my flight.

My teenage son and I were lucky enough to have Monty as our guide. He knows just about everything about Seattle and knows all the excellent hidden vistas and the stories and history of all the places we visited. We rode around the gorgeous Magnolia neighborhood and to Discovery Park. The scenery is unbelievable. The trip can be hilly in areas but with the electric bike it was easy. My son loves to bike so I didn't know if this was rugged enough for him but he had a great time. Definitely recommend as it was a highlight of our trip to Seattle.

Booked through Costco for a 6-hour rental rate of: $69.00, which came out to $11.50/hr, which was…read moretotally worth it as we used the rental for transportation from the SEATAC airport to a downtown hotel, but also made multiple stops to get breakfast and go shopping in several locations places prior to returning the car in a different location (3rd avenue). It also served as temporary crash pad for my husband and son who were exhausted and slept through my solo shopping adventure in the Pike Place Market. Airport pick up - waited 30 minutes as there were was a couple at the desk and a group of 4 men (all together) in front of us on a Saturday morning at 0800 with one worker. Another man came up the front desk to help the lone woman working, so it went by quickly after the 30-min mark. Service was nice and efficient. Got a silver Toyota RAV4 which was nice, since I am familiar with this sized small SUV. Car mostly clean except for the nasty, sticky steering wheel. It's a good thing I take my own Lysol wipes on the plane, for the rental cars, the hotels and cruise ships. Lysol wipe was dirty after cleaning the steering wheel. Yuck. Picking up the car was nice at the airport as it was straight-forward, but confusing for the return once back in town at the 3rd avenue location (see separate review).
