It was so easy to call and reserve in advance, and you can get a reasonable price on a wide variety of bikes. They have a fairly large fleet, but tend to get busy on the weekends. If it's a smaller group, you can probably just get a day-of rental. We got an e-bike with both the throttle and pedal assist, and it really helped to tackle some of the big hills on the island. It was easy to adjust and the battery life is no joke. The rentals also came with helmets and locks, which were great when we stopped for lunch. It's located a stone's throw from the ferry terminal, and I explored the north side of the island in ~2 hours -- my only regret is not getting a longer time frame. I'll definitely be back!

It's a simple bolt screw in so I said no thanks. Dropped by this Rapha to see if they sold the tool to install the kickstand and they were so kind to just let me borrow it free of crash. I was even taught how to install it myself. While I was there, they told me about the group rides that meet every other Monday for free for beginners (something they did not need to inform me about) and I ended up joining for a group ride. Our tour guide, David, was both knowledgeable and entertaining, making the history come alive with his humor and storytelling. One of the highlights was walking through the original city streets that were built at sea level and now lie beneath modern-day Seattle. It was fascinating to see a hidden part of the city that most people never get to experience. The 65-minute tour was engaging from start to finish and offered a great perspective of Seattle both above and below ground.
