I was in need of a key and fobb for my 2015 GMC Terrain I am 75 years old and know nothing about cars. two of the three buttons were off the Fobb. needless to say, I had to open the car foot with the key, then the car alarm would go off. now that button was about to come off! I would stay away from this guy, he failed as a locksmith in my case and he charges ridiculous fees for ridiculous things when he fails to do the job. First thing when he saw the locks were excuses about how hard it will be to pick. So he brought out the air wedges and screw driver. He damaged my door and actually broke the door knob in the process ALSO he was not able to get the door open. I asked him for a plastic card so I can try and open the door. I got the door open. He then proceeds to charge me $70 for, in his own words, "card delivery fee". He did arrive to my house pretty quick. So I would give him 1.5 stars but I'm rounding down to 1 star. read more

I called Paul to work on a lock that he had previously installed on a front door. It was having trouble taking a key and I thought he could help me troubleshoot how to fix it. He quickly replied and set a time to visit, and had it fixed minutes after he arrived. He had me try a couple keys in it after that to make sure it was in top notch. Paul! My dude! My kids grades weren't good so I locked the game room door. It happened that the game room and my "study" are the same room. I thought, oh well, I'll go find the keys and unlock it when I have a second. A week or so later (:/), I was getting my kid ready to go out of the country on a school trip.
