Sam was the property manager of a duplex I lived in & I was impressed by her care- stood out from any other landlord I've had in the past. 2003: When ready to buy a house, I had bad experience with a different real estate agent, and remembered Sam. Changed Realtors & Sam moved mountains for me even though I was a first time home buyer with little money. 2012: I needed help leasing my home out as I moved overseas & now Eanes is my property manager. 2017: Sam managed renovating/updating my home while overseas. Eanes properties is a family owned company. If you have a problem with the manager then you can call his or her parents and take your complaint with them!! Have had several problems with their rental properties and any time I have addressed any of the issues like NO AC WORKING ON 100 degree days they tell me they have 7 days to fix this issue!! I have dealt with this issue not once but twice now and treated with the same disrespect and unprofessionalism EVERY SINGLE TIME. Samantha (Eanes properties manager) contacted me at 8:00 pm on a Saturday evening to tell me they don't have to give a time on when they will be by. So I waited and canceled all plans on my Saturday to wait that hopefully they would come by. They sent a HVAC tech out " TRS cooling and heating " who turned off the power to the unit and left. I called to ask when he would be back by to power on the unit and the supervisor Juan hung up on me and then when I called back he was nothing but a jerk and confrontational. After Juan hung up on me Samantha the PROPERTY MANAGER for Eanes property called me saying she doesn't have to have to HVAC system fixed for 7 days and told me How many favors they were doing for me. Told me if I don't CHANGE MY ATTITUDE then they weren't going to do anything! I have worked in this business for 10 years and I personally know professional service. Samantha is extremely unprofessional and confrontational. If you have a problem with her you can take it up with her family!! Have fun!! DO NOT RENT FROM EANES PROPERTIES IF YOU DO CHECK THE DISHWASHER, HVAC system, drains, exposed wires and plugs etc. and they will tell you they have 7 days to fix it so I hope you don't have AC problems during the summer. read more
