First of all, the pricing is outrageous and feels straight-up predatory. There is zero transparency, and it constantly feels like they're trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. As a college student, I made my situation very clear, and not once did they show even a shred of consideration or flexibility. No payment options, no understanding--just rigid policies and a "too bad" attitude. The lack of professionalism is honestly shocking. They didn't even send me a copy of my prescription right away--which, by the way, they are legally required to do. I had to chase them down for something that should have been automatic. It gets worse. They repeatedly told me I "needed" special, expensive contacts when that was completely untrue. I later found out I can wear regular Biofinity toric lenses just fine. The price i paid for so many years was 1600$ which is an utter scam when i found out I CAN GET A YEAR SUPPLY FOR 200$. So either they're wildly incompetent or intentionally misleading patients to upsell--neither is acceptable. Their communication is a disaster. I was never given a tracking number for my contacts. Then, they claimed my contacts hadn't even shipped--when in reality, they had already been delivered and stolen. So instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the situation, they just fed me incorrect information and left me stuck dealing with the consequences. To top it off, when I tried to order my contacts through 1-800 Contacts after this mess (my contacts being stolen from my porch), the doctor tried to refuse the order when they contacted her. After everything that already went wrong, that level of control and lack of cooperation is completely unacceptable. They also misled my mom for YEARS, claiming my vision was too bad for standard lenses and that I needed specialty ones--again, not true. That's not just frustrating, that's deeply unethical. Overall: overpriced, inflexible, disorganized, and dishonest. I would not trust this place with your eyes or your money. If i could give this place 0 stars i would!!!!

First, Dr. Palmer was running an hour behind on appointments, and the front desk didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when I checked in, only when I asked 45 minutes past my appointment time. Next I met with members of Dr. Palmer's staff. All of whom were very friendly and informative. They are the ones that get the 2 stars. They conveyed my situation to Dr. Palmer who told me it wasn't as bad as it could be (true but it still sucks when your eyes feel constantly irritated) and then offered to write me a prescription. Several other doctors had specifically advised against the drug because of side effects so I asked Dr. Palmer why he thought it was a good idea. His only response, I like it and think it works. This is how Dr. Palmer was with most of the questions I asked that were a little more specific. I know doctors are busy, and I know patients can be annoying, but I didn't like that I felt badly for asking questions.
