The chicken was freaking phenomenal, the food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Dawn also made our wedding dessert dreams come to life with an assortment of desserts that were just as beautiful as they were delicious. Beyond the food, their professionalism, presentation, and display were unlike anything I have ever seen. Everything looked amazing, ran smoothly, and felt so thoughtfully done. The condiments and salsas were also very tasty and complemented the tacos perfectly. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect rating is that the quantity of condiments seemed a bit limited compared to the amount of meat provided. We ended up with quite a bit of leftover meat, but ran low on pico de gallo, salsa, and other toppings. It would also have been more convenient if the leftover condiments had been packed in containers or trays rather than small Ziploc bags. Overall, we were very happy with the food and service, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the tacos. I would definitely recommend them for parties and events.
