Remington was very helpful and the company went out of their way to follow up with us, clarify what was wrong coming into the appt, and then during the appt Remington was very clear and intentional about explaining what was wrong with our AC unit (mini-splits), resolving it, and noticing other concerns that we may not have been aware of and how they can be resolved. My heater/air conditioning unit was installed when the house was built in the late 70's. It actually used a pool pump to pull water from the pool to the unit. The pump started leaking and Remington came out and took a look at everything. He said that they might be able to save the duct work if they were very careful, but it was also original, so I decided to replace it as well. What a great decision- it is so quiet and efficient. I live in Temecula and summer heat is brutal. The house A/C cannot cool the upstairs master bedroom well enough. I was looking for a inexpensive fix to this issue.
